What an amazing delicious spread they put on for my daughter's wedding! Wonderful staff, easy to communicate with, great selection of food and the beef was so good! Thank you to the whole team.My daughter has one suggestion - due to the excitement and all that was going on during the reception - she couldn't eat as much as she would have liked to, so she and the groom wished they could have had some leftovers to have later at their hotel! The food was great and there was plenty, she just didn't get around to getting back for more!

We hired Island Culinary Service to cater a Celebration of Life event at the Esquimalt Gorge Park Pavillion in the summer of 2023. They did a fantastic job! The food (sandwiches and wraps, GF sandwiches, crackers, cheese, fruit and veggie trays, dessert squares, coffee, tea, lemonade, and ice tea) was excellent and the platters were beautiful. They did the set up, the clean up, provided tablecloths, plates, cutlery, mugs and cups. They made it all so easy, and the staff were so friendly, and it was also really affordable. I can't recommend them enough.

We celebrated my husband’s 91st birthday yesterday and had the pleasure of Island Culinary Service cater our afternoon cocktail party. Our guests all raved about the delicious food, the service and how professional the two lovely ladies were that looked after us and our guests. We highly recommend them for any occasion you might have.

We had Graham & his team cater our annual summer barbecue for our team. The food was excellent, affordable, and the team had an excellent attitude and went beyond the call of duty helping us set up and tear down. We would highly recommend and will use again and again. Thanks again Graham & team!

Graham and his team were so wonderful to work with. Not only are they such kind people but the food was phenomenal! We received SO many compliments on the food during the event and for days afterwards. Particularly on the steak, the roast veggies, the wild mushroom pasta and on the sticky toffee pudding they made by our request. I was sad there were no leftovers but that is because so many people kept going up for seconds! They also dropped stuff off the day before and started putting out table linens etc. so that the day-of was less busy. We also hired our bartenders through them and they were great! They handled our toonie bar very well. I would trust Graham and his team with any event and highly recommend them!

Graham and his team catered our wedding at the beginning of September. The food was incredible and the staff were professional and kind. Everything was set up and taken down quickly and seamlessly. I hardly knew it was happening in the back ground of our wedding. The team and Graham were available to meet before the wedding to make sure that everything was to our liking. Everything was thought of to make the day run perfectly and all parts of the meal be taken care of.

Graham and all the staff were wonderful to work with and the food was delicious! A number of people who attended the event commented on how wonderful everything was. Thanks again to all the Island Culinary Service team!

Was just cut off by a red minivan with this company logo on it, causing me to slam on the breaks very quickly and dangerously. If you have people out driving vehicles with company branding make sure they know the rules of the road, and can drive safely.

We had a Celebration of Life for our father and Island Culinary Service catered our event. The team was exceptional, from setting up, through to their friendly, kind and efficient service, and their clean up was just as we'd left it before they arrived. The food was amazing and delicious! Many people commented that it was like they weren't even there, during and on finishing up because of how tidy and discreet in serving that they were. A big thank you from the Lee family, you were superstars!!
