Deal with these guys is the easy part and when something is wrong that they won't answer or call back...how do you sell a car and a few months later I find out my whole car is gone cause there was part of the wheel well missing and now my wire harness is fried...some dealership...try money scam...will not be going back for a trade in since it's goin to cost me a fortune to fix my only few months old car. Thanks for nothing east coast financing...from a single mother of 5

Thanks to everybody over at East Coast Financing for getting me my new to me 2013 Kia Forte 5 it was the easiest and quickest experience you’ll ever get while looking for a new or used vehicle, and the customer service is out of this world especially my man Tim Flynn he did everything he could to make sure I wasn’t walking away empty handed because I really did not think I was able to finance anything with my credit being poor but he made it happen and I couldn’t be more happier with my new whip! Also big thanks to tony and Charles for delivering it to me with a full tank of gas , and yes that is right I said delivered now that’s service!

We bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from these guys 2 years ago. They told us it was a 7 seater and that it was grey.. when we went and picked it up it was a white 5 seater Mitsubishi Outlander. Everything was already signed for at this point so nothing could be done. Even worse the paperwork got lost somehow and we didn’t get it transferred into our names until 4 or 5 months later!
