By far the best locksmiths I’ve found. I have a lot of misfortune with locks and keys so I’ve had quite a few dealings with locksmiths. But I think I found who I can really count on. Finally! They are reliable, efficient and all around nice guys. Despite the bad weather, they did make it as promised within 20 minutes and I was ready to go in under 5. I’m very lucky to have found them and will for sure, recommend them highly.

The service was beyond my expectation. I got locked out if my old car and tried everything I could on my own untill I gave up and search on Google for a locksmith in Seattle. Josh arrived almost immediately and was lovely and patient with me. He popped the lock easily and I paid with credit card.

Called this number to get more information about their high security systems and see if they are a Medeco dealer. The lady that picked up the phone was not interested in speaking with me and started to speak down to me when I asked about which Medeco generation and keyway they could set me up with if I started a system going. She repeatedly said they do not cut keys when I was asking about something else.The business owner called me back to apologize for the experience and explained the lady whom I spoke with was new and that he would see if he could waive a fee if I got new locks from him. I appreciate the callback and he tried to make things right. Giving them three stars for trying to turn something bad into something good.
