UPS (Caledon)

Departed UPS after 20 years of service - no more life sentence. Loyalty to the organization is only as good as your connections to the Division Manager's inner circle. I'm glad they brought in the Americans' to break up the crew.If you're on the outside looking in, you'll never be taken seriously because professional opinion is only as good as the ears willing to hear them.

Gave them 1 year of my service. i would not consider getting a job there. there's a reason why there's a huge turnover. nobody wants to be pushed and make you work none stop like a machine. job can gets hard and people are prone to get injuries because of it. if you want to get promoted, good luck. unless ur on their good side u wont make it nowhere. its all favouritism. before u reach a year, they will have a senior meeting asking what can they do to keep employees....well obviously pay us better thats a 1st thing!! they wont do it. the only positive side was i worked with some good supervisors that treated me right.

Very bad experience bcoz swcuroty guard ( the old indian men ) dont have manners haw to behave with driver and not have sense how to speak with drivers. He speaks like he's the owner of UPS.Thankyou

Company is an absolute joke, not a single time have I had a package delivered on time. 6 phone calls 6 different answers, I would rather pick my packages up on a bicycle across the country than pay one red cent to have UPS deliver or touch another one of my parcels. Unreliable, unhelpful and in business due to pure size and value and not at all due to customer service.

Been waiting for a package since May 9. It is May 23 today. Keep getting delivery delays.Last week I waited for the whole day because it was supposed to be delivered. Then they sent a message saying it’s coming May 23 now I get another message saying it’s not coming. Caledon is just a couple hours away from me.Severe weather in May?Mechanical failure??? Never got any nasty and careless piece of work like this before. It has been 5 days and now UPS says we don’t have any information about package.This is very bad experience I got ever.Their staff members, they all are saying very different words about package it seems like they don’t know what is going on. I will make sure that I will not choose ups delivery services in future. My first and last experience.I hope they will find my product!

This company and its service are complete trash. They used to actually make delivery, now they just falsify scans saying delivery attempted" when it was not attempted. I'm in the logistics industry and have never experienced worse service in my life. I have spoken to many others in the industry and they are experiencing the same and not using their accounts. I will be doing the same. Good luck getting help when you call or email

Ups is the worst shpping company ever they are not updated with the latest systems of delivery. If you miss delivery it's the hardest thing to get your package it's the hardest thing to arrange to collect your package this company is horrible. If you update your apt# you have to wait 3 days just to get it updated, and o you can't update it until it fails delivery. I called to speak with a supervisor apparently she doesn't have a direct line Worst company ever.

Incompetent and poorly run Caledon location. Supervisors Silosanan (Silo)Sivabalan and Daniel Morrison are very unprofessional. They talk down to and mock employees. They refuse to deal with HR and safety concerns. They sweep things under the rug and hide/ avoid situations when confronted. Overall a very disfunctional feeder/shunter unit.

These people at UPS are incompetent. Lost my package due to an incorrect city name. That was not their fault. I noticed this and informed them, they told me once this package fails to deliver they would ammend the address. They continue to hang onto this package without changing the address. The postal code on the package is correct. A company with half a brain would send it to the correct province which Is also correct on the label. Instead they sent it to Ontario instead of the correct delivery province on the label. This package is sitting in their facility at this moment with nobody attempting to correct this.Customer service wants me to fill out forms on my time to try to fix their systemic problems.
