Bubbles Car Wash & Detail Centre

first I was quoted 259.00 then to find out it was 375.95. I was not told the seats wouldn’t be cleaned. The vacuuming was basic, this vehicle has little foot space the amount of carpet is not large. I was told this would take at least an hour and a half, which u would expect at minimum! brought in at 3.05 was called at 3.57 vehicle ready! Not even a hour. The attendant opens the hatch and has to run and get some spray and a cloth to wipe down where dirt was left! Since it started raining my inspection was limited. Driving 2.5 kilometres (rain stopped about .5 kilometer) u wouldn’t know it had been cleaned. Rims not cleaned door jam spaces not cleaned, as mentioned previously vacuuming less than satisfactory. If this vehicle was waxed and polished the small amt of rain, u would at the very least expect to see the rain beading on the vehicle. When u quote a price that’s what u should be paying. Your attendant inspected the vehicle and quoted the price of 259.00 carpets wouldn’t be shampooed, everything else would be done. The prices charged at this car wash r way over priced, to say the least, why bother quoting 259.00 then suddenly becomes 375.95 for less than an hours worth of effort!! u quoted 259.00 after inspecting the vehicle!! padding an extra 116.00 is outrageous and should be refunded. Should have checked the receipt, I would not have had the vehicle done had I been quoted 375.95. This vehicle should have been gleaming at this price!! Bringing it back to be redone appears to be yr action when the review isn’t positive. As indicated on the BC license plate that option of bringing it back when I have left AB is an option. I agreed to 259.00 expecting the work to show that effort at minimum. If I was able to bring the vehicle (back) which I clearly shouldn’t have had to I still agreed to 259.00 as quoted!

For $714, you would think they would have actually cleaned my vehicle. I paid $100 to clean the brake dust and grime off the wheels. It looks like they just sprayed the wheels down with some oils or something. I will never bring my vehicle here again. It's my fault for not looking at the reviews prior to taking my vehicle there.

How do I start with my experience.To start the man who arranged the clean with my fiancé stated the service would take 1.5-2 hours. The service ended up taking almost 4 hours. This was only the beginning of our poor experience.Once home with the vehicle we saw that the paneling on every single door was peeling away. To add hurt to injury the center console was also completely forgotten and still dirty. All this after spending over $500 to clean the vehicle!I immediately called the office and left a message on their website. They called back asking me to bring the car in the next day for them to look at.After brining the car in they told me they are not responsible for the damages for the vehicle. They only thing they would do for me is give me a small gift card to cover the cleaning they missed.So after spending $500 I now have to spend MORE time and money to fix the damages done to my vehicle.I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this place. Over priced. Poorly staffed. You are much better off taking your vehicle to your dealership for a detail. Half the price and they will honor damages done.Update:We have also found more damage to the vehicle. The inside was made so incredibly wet that all the chair moving mechanics rusted and were unable to move without lots of wd40. They also installs my back seat improperly and broke the handle to activate the folding mechanism. Didn’t bother going back in to show them as I don’t have the energy to deal with the rude manager.

Excellent attention to cleanliness and premium detailing! Best location with friendly staff with efficient processing.I’ve been here many times and always have a great experience. They are very receptive to personal preferences to focus cleaning and drying certain areas of the vehicle. Especially now with kids in the car, some areas need extra attention and leave here super happy.Patrik makes sure you get the exact service you are looking for: cleaning, detailing, budget, preferences. He makes sure they understand what you are looking for and that you’re satisfied.Daniel is excellent. Efficient and makes sure that the top of the car/suv/truck gets dried properly and you’re left without water streaks. Other places neglect some hard to reach spots.

Avoid Bubbles at all costs. The whole experience started off poorly when we had to wait 30 minutes for our 10 am appointment while the salesperson aggressively tried to upsell each car ahead of us. We paid $525 for a complete detailing of the car, but in the end, when we got the car back they hadn't even cleaned what we had asked. There were still visible marks all over the ceiling of the car (not to mention dust/dirt/streaks throughout the car). We brought it up with the salesperson and he said they would fix it. They took the car away and came back 10 minutes later and told us it would cost another $100 to clean the roof. We had already spent $525 on a terrible cleaning job and they wanted more money out of us. We felt completely ripped off. I wish I could give Bubbles zero stars and I have been sure to tell my friends/family/coworkers to stay away.

I have a big truck and normal washes miss spots. Bubbles is fantastic. I spoke to Patrick, the manager at Bubbles, Calgary. He listened to my concerns, which is great, as other places just rush to get the job done. The extra attention to detail is second to none. You won’t get better washes in the city. Thank you Patrik. These are just a few of the missed details and they are inside and out. I paid $150 for this, honestly you could get a better job done at your local dealership for the price. Their attention to detail is pretty low all things considered. Overall they did an okay job, but I will not be using their service again.An aside; the interior cleaner they use is very slippery and will attract dust over time. Seemed that the rags or combo either created or revealed surface scratches.
