Great shop, great people. They really went above and beyond.My bike broke down on a road trip just outside of Nelson, and after calling a few places FTW said they could get me in right away. Finding parts became an issue because of the pandemic and it’s effects on global shipping, but Lee and Nikki always kept me in the loop on what was happening.When the time came and my bike was ready, I flew into Kelowna to pick it up, Lee and Nikki even came to pick me up at the airport.The chain is working out great, thanks again guys!

I arrived with a fuel vapor lock problem, unannounced, on a Saturday morning. Both Lee (the owner) and his helper were quick to jump in and remedy my problem with no hesitation, and because he had the tools and the understanding, it was fixed and I was on my way in very short order.Nothing but gratitude!!
