Best coffee on the west island, period. Paula is amazing. She knows her coffee and will spend the time necessary to make sure you leave with something that is in your taste profile.Now been a few times. This place is amazing. They have parts, repair, some speciality Italian foods and a really great selection of imported coffees from Italy. Really worth visiting.

Not honest. Kept my machine that needed repair over 1month without a single follow up call. Every time i call, i would hear an excuse after excuse. They are too busy, their technician went for lunch, their technician dint get to my machine yet, they have to order a part and MAYBE that will work, they are on vacation and would call me back, parts are delayed because of construction holiday and the list goes on... I decided to just showed up and pick my machine. Ironically, they find out that machine cant be repaired on the day i decide to pick it up... I dropped my machine following day to an reputable repair shop and they immediately called me with problem needed to be fixed, solution and quotation. Tazza di Mattina is very poorly managed with 0 experience on customer service. They never even attempted to fix my machine.

6/5 ... this women knows her stuff , really well ! I went in for a repair for a 16 year old Saeco but decided it was time to upgrade... I had minor problems imitating the same taste we had for 16 years but after a brief post discussion with her, I locked in the same coffee taste I had previously but with even more options. For once I'm not dealing with a corporate salesperson but rather a local business person who cares about her customers ! I highly recommend this store ! I bought the 2200 Saeco model.

What a wonderful hidden gem!!! Great service and wonderful choices of panettone, torrone, jarred veggies, and fantastic coffee!Had a basket prepared and came out even better than I had hoped!!

Great place to buy your espresso machine and also great for servicing. Good coffees as well. Very pleasant staff.

If u haven't come to this store yet please do so. The owners are so professional,helpful.They know their stuff so well. with many years of experience. They have Italian products,list is too long to name. Coffee machines. Different types of coffee. Arrangements and etc...Very friendly place and affordable prices.

I have had several issues with my Saeco XSmall machine. High milage. It needed a few parts & although repair was a bit pricey given the parts & repairs it was in line & cheaper than a new one. Very pleased with the job & thier expertise.

Worst experience ever . Brought my espresso machine for repairs and end up regretting very bad . A month of delays and excuses . Plus when they finally check the machine they says the technician found several parts broken though the machine was just warm up slower then usually so probably the heating element was faulty . Anyway I agreed for 300$ that they asked thinking they will not try to rip me off. After that again , calls , excusées and the whole deal. When I finally went to get the machine the owner asked 100$ more because she said I didn’t understand correctly and she said 400 on the phone before. Also didn’t give any list of parts that were replaced or anything. Total scam. I would never think about going back to this place
