Great ISP!

LOL can't really rate, this showed up on my feed because I work with a community that uses ABC extensively, Quesnel and they seem to like it.

Good Service with great customer support!

I've been a customer for 3 or4 yrs now ( I think it might be more than 4yrs) and at first I had cipher TV and internet but then I canceled the tv ( not because of any issues but there was sometimes some issues but the tech service people were always right on it after I reported) no I just found that it was cheaper to purchase firestick and Google something and still have ABC s internet service cause I find no problems and it's a whole lot cheaper than Shaw or Telus. The point is that is you have questions about upgrading and don't know which is best for you the customer service is always happy to help you with the decision or any issues they also will do their best to help dolve it and in a efficient time. I try telling my friends and family that this is the best way to go.

Exceptional customer service! I've been with ABC Communications now for 3+ years and I haven't had any major problems/issues with them. When I had a question about my acct or a change needed I would email them on business hours and everything would be taken care of in a matter of a couple of hours with confirmation of changes or my questions answered. If it was an issue that needed to be fixed ASAP I would call my local office in Quesnel and it would be fixed immediately. I couldn't recommend a better internet/phone/television company. If you can get their service in your area I strongly recommend that you contact them to see if they have what suits your needs. If they can provide service to you I can guarantee you wouldn't be disappointed. A+++++

For a bilingual country, it would seem that no service is given in French unlike all these competitors in the area. This company should evolve and be inclusive.
