Big ZERO for not being able to provide basic information about the phone PWR consumption. Need to open a case...Well this not an issue with the phone obviously..Hello? We have hundred of expensive Mitel phones and I am not able to get such simple info..Unbelievable. Same goes for warranty...received a broken phone..the screen froze when booting the first time. They say it is probably our fault for not providing sufficient power...we use the same power adapter all over the place and 0 issues! They refused to replace a 500$ phone that we used for 5 minutes.And we bought a hundred of them. This is how big is the wall between Mitel and customers. Looking for another brand now...can stand them anymore.
