Paid $125/m for less than 10% of the promised speed, NRTC never sent anyone to my house despite many calls/tickets and I live 2 minutes away.Got charged a $100 cancelation fee when I got tired of terrible service after 6 months.

Wrongfully dug up my front yard at 8am because they got the address wrong for a cable install. Tried to fix it by laying down grass seed in late October.

Friendly, fast service on the phone and with install technicians.No hidden fees or rates the creep up over time.Go with Bell or Rogers if you like to pay more, don't like customer service or like being locked into questionable terms of service

Reliable during normal" working hours. If you have any issues it will not be resolved outside of these business hours. Other than that they were easy to deal with when I lived in Petawawa"

Worst isp in town. Even their high speed is not as good as comparable companies and then got hit with the $100 disconnect fee when we moved. Go to any other isp in town.

We moved to Petawawa (South side PMQs) in 2019, the first six months were with other companies and we would never get consistent services ( intermittent/no connection). After switching to NRTC we honestly never had an issue. Great/easy install, we had to phone once to report a problem which was taken care of in less then 20 minutes.We are sad that NRTC isn't in New Brunswick.As of 2022 i would recommend this company for amazing internet service (and true Gig internet).
