My son and I frequently go to this restaurant for breakfast on the weekend. We are normally satisfied but not today. The food was almost as good as usual but the service was way off. We received our drinks and food in a timely manner but the server never came back to see if everything was OK, nor did she offer a coffee top up . Then she and the cook disappeared. A customer went to the counter to pay - called out politely, made a bit of noise, then decided to use the washroom - after 5 minutes and no response. Then the server came back. She came to our table and took away my son's plate and I asked her for a bit more coffee. She never came back with my coffee. My son caught her attention to get the bill and we left. Definitely not what we have been used to.

Overall food was okay. It seems like there is a new menu ongoing now. The service was average, since there was only one staff, even though it was a weekend day.

This was hands down the worst brunch I’ve ever had. I I ordered the avocado toast with eggs and it was totally disappointing. The menu clearly shows pictures of berries in a bowl as their side of “seasonal fruit” and instead I was served one tiny piece of cantaloupe. I brought this up to our server but she told me that’s all that comes with the fruit side…so why is the menu advertising something different? The bread was also listed as sourdough on the menu and instead I was served regular whole wheat toast which is not expected. The eggs were brought on the table cold…almost like they had been sitting on the plate for awhile. Our server never once checked in to ask how our food was even when she saw I barely touched my food. It was a total waste of money and I’d definitely never come back here again.

A decent breakfast place. Food was tasty and had some variety to choose from. Service was a little slow and they brought out the dishes one by one. Prices also reasonable.

I order the Nutella and banana French toast. It was really good! My food came pretty fast and delicious! Many thanks to the wonderful staff!!

Not recommended. The menu was sticky. The table was not clear. I ordered crispy chicken waffle, chicken were so dry, waffle is not crispy, potatoes were bitter. I am so disappointed with the food. The service was so bad. The manager come to our table with the bill half hour before the store close. Then keep collecting our empty dishes few times back and forth. I feel like they are rushing around us all the time. I think the service is unacceptable.

The place was very hot; service was terribly slow even though it wasn't busy. We asked for coffee refills when the food was brought. We finished eating and still no coffee so we got up and asked for it. Food was okay - nothing special, but not bad either. Pancakes where tough and dry so I think either overcooked or the batter was over-beaten or both. They weren't light and fluffy as they should have been. The bill was also slow to come. Overall, not a terrific experience.

Didn't have a very good experience at this location. We ordered the crispy chicken waffle sandwich, a veggie omelette breakfast and a Cobb salad. Before we got our meals, the waitress had asked what dressing we would like on the salad and we didn't have the menus anymore of course but there was a poster beside us that highlighted all the salads/dressings and we told her which dressing. However on the poster, it says the salad was served with a bun and when we asked about that we were told Oh

Had the Crispy Chicken Waffle Sandwich and it was nice, fresh and hot. Clean environment and friendly customer service. I don’t understand why they close at 3pm at a very busy location.
