We made a deal rather quick and the actual process to complete the transaction was on point. All staff involved from the salesman, finance manager and sales manager were great. It all started with Nerissa who was extremely helpful in answering questions and was very prompt and polite in getting back to me. Setting me up the Evan. Evan was extremely kind and patient with all my questions and my timeline for buying a new truck. He went above and beyond and helped me out with rides to the dealership to pick up my new truck. Moe in finance was very kind and very helpful in explaining the process and making sure I was looked after for what I needed for warranty and payments. Wife and I went to this location in hopes of finding our first new car. We were aided by the salesman Paul who did a fantastic job in answering all our questions as well as taking the time to show us the cars we were interested in. He was very patient with us as we are first time buyers of a completely new vehicle. Ricardo, their finance manager, was also exceptional. He took his time to explain all the financial aspects that come with buying a new car, and just like Paul, answered all of our questions. Both Paul and Ricardo stayed well over closing time to help us seal the deal, and yes, though this was a sure sell at that point and it benefits them us staying longer to sign, we appreciate their commitment. We were originally going to go with another dealer, but with one phone call from Ricardo and Paul, we were back. Please keep in mind that us going with another dealer had more to do with our indecisions than anything. But to keep it short, they have been very helpful and we hope to keep doing business with them in the future. Thanks!

The express service for oil change amazing sales floor amazing people but when the two times I had to bring my jeep in one for a recall and the other for AC not working I got excuses. I've bought 2 jeeps from this dealership all in one year and that is the type of customer service I deserve? No help on making me feel better about this dealership. This was the last time I would buy a vehicle from there. I wouldn't even go back for my free oil change.
