Shoppers Drug Mart

Please hire more people at the post office. Waited 40 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. The one poor cashier looked so drained. Not sure why it was taking so long but I ended up leaving and coming back at a later time but it was no different.

The one lady that works behind the pharmacy counter has a given me and my other family members a hard time about getting our medication countless of times now.I was told to take a certain medication a certain way by my DOCTOR and she was denying me of getting it because “it wasn’t long enough” even though this isn’t a controlled medication and I should have access to it regardless of how long it’s been since the last time I picked it up. It made me very uncomfortable to have to explain why I needed it sooner than usual to her even though I shouldn’t have to tell her something that personal. I found this to be very unprofessional. This is just one of many bad experiences with this lady at the pharmacy.Regardless of the not great service of the pharmacy, everyone else that works there is super great. The cosmetics lady is amazing and the cashiers are great. Two star because of the pain I have to go through when at the pharmacy as thats usually the main reason I am there.

Came in for passport photos on June 2nd around 5:00pm, and Angelica was the nicest person I’ve ever met, went above and beyond to help. Overall was a great experience!

This is a good store with good merchandise, but today the cashier was not very friendly. She refused to pack the items for an elderly lady, and when I had questions, she was a bit rude with me.

Great staff at post office! Always been accommodating with my requests and fast. This is the best post office in the city!

I went to this Shoppers tonight. I was buying gift cards to give to my grand kids for graduation. I chose a $200 &$75 Visa gift cards. I tried to buy 2 x $100 Visa gift cards but they were out of stock. The cashier was able to find 2 x $100 Mastercards. I had specifically told the lady no Joker Cards. I could not use them. When I got home I'd then noticed that she had given me 2 Joker Mastercards. I immediately went back. Got the same cashier. Explained everything to her. She admitted that it was her mistake. The supervisor, I think Cathy?, was called. The cashier explained everything to the supervisor. That's when I found out that Shoppers Drugmart does not stand behind there products. Even when the cashier admitted it was her mistake. Shoppers Drug Mart does not give refunds even when their own people made the mistake and owned up to it. I had the unfortunate experience of getting a Joker Card last September for $50. The money was removed before I got home and opened the package. Since September Jokers still has it under investigation. They also do not honour their products. I'm 70 years old. Trying to do right for my grand kids. Now 2 of them will not get graduation gifts from grandpa this year. Thank you Shoppers Drug Mart for your customer disservice. I have to walk. Its 6 blocks to your store. Now I have to find out how much farther I'll have to walk. G. O'Meara.

This place is mostly convenient when when you need something quickly and can't go to a big chain, due to urgency, weather etc. I find them more expensive than most places. However it's got a nice peaceful vibe to it, if you don't mind the prices.
