Domino's Pizza

One of the best pizza i ever eaten. Fully cooked and great quality of food. Heads up to the guy who made this pizza. Made my day and i am from ontario so next time i will be in regina, definitely my stop by.

Very very very veryyyyy much rude on phone call.....no respect for customer.....no proper response.......If you want good pizza then please order from somewhere else.

Ordered two pizzas. Delivery guy carried them on their side and ruined them - I'm really not sure how hard it is to carry a pizza right side up. Called down and they said they'd send over a replacement in thirty minutes. Great. Two hours later, the kids have gone to bed. Didn't expect fine dining but what a poor experience. I guess going forward I'll order from the competition.

If you don’t how to prepare a food then take it off the menu how can a chicken Alfredo pasta be no tasteless and bland? I also ordered a chicken bacon ranch feast and you replaced the ingredients with something else without informing me

The cinna stix with my order were literally already cooked bread sticks that had a ton of cinnamon sugar thrown on top to try and cover the Italian seasoning which it did not. Forgot all of the dipping sauces, and did not follow the order properly. Will not order from this location again. Based on my experience I wouldn’t trust this location to get your order right either, order from anywhere else!

I would give 0 star if i could. Worst customer service ever. They were screaming at me and when i asked for manager the manager was abusive and screaming at me. Would never order from this store. I’ll pay 100 times more at some place rather than this place. Please hire people with basic behavioural skills who doesn’t attack customers verbally and doesn’t attack them. Waited 2hours and called 4 times still didn’t receive my order delivery. They claim i gave wrong address and number but even after giving the correct one they didn’t deliver and instead was abusive.

My husband called and tried to order 2 pizzas. The person who was taking the order could not understand what my husband was saying so I started to speak with him. The employee could not understand what I was saying either. Eventually I said I would call back. The second person who answered could not understand what I was saying either. So I asked to speak to the manager and this person could not understand plain English either. Three people from the same place location could not understand English! We finally called another Domino's and was able to place the order without.any problem.

My daughter ordered a pizza through the phone number and the employee that answered didnt understand the menu when she wanted the 8.99 mix and match. Took her 5 minutes to explain they have this is on the menu. She finally gets through to him and he placed" the order for pick up and so she waited the amount of time to go in and have them say "oh we didn't make your order ". So now she has to wait another half an hour while waiting in her vehicle at 9 at night in the cold after waiting for half an hour already! No apology...just blank stares from all employees who were just standing around. She had to ask them to please put her order through and he still continued to overcharge her not knowing the menu price! Terrible customer service and this isnt the first time! I would really like a manager to reach out as this is unacceptable and i am certain any manager or owner of this business would want to know their employees will cost them customers!"

Great customer service. All I had to do is a phone call and they tailored the pizza along with the coupon for me. I didn't had to use their mobile app for coupon or deals. Thanks to the staff for running such a great place and one of the busiest domino's in the city. Great job guys.
