Though it prices are high for quality of products, the staff was helpful on the last visit (previous visits the staff were less than friendly or efficient).

The staff in Cambridge Uniforms (Arvin, Yuko, and all others) is awesome! Our daughter is allergic to most materials and she can only wear 100% cotton, so we have to make a special order each time. They have always been very supportive, helpful, and provided constant updates about our orders. The order process from start to pick up is straightforward and worry-free thanks to their professional and customer-oriented approach. Thank you Cambridge Uniforms Welch Street branch!

Welch st location.1. In-store purchase: the staff refused to sell until the buyer provided personal information for the parent AND the kid, including full name, full address and date of birth (!)2. In-store purchase: the staff refused to take Canadian cash as payment3. Online purchase with store pick-up: we had to wait on the store parking lot for 25+ min, texting/calling the staff (according to the door sign, we were not supposed to enter the store for pickups)This service is like from some dystopian movie. Uniform quality is good though.

WORST COMPANY EVERI don’t even know where to start…My wife and I went through Cambridge Uniforms to order our daughters cardigan for school.After my wife placed the order, she was told that she would be emailed and get a text notification after registering her phone number.My wife never got a notification until today although our order was ready on the 5th. So we are off to terrible start.My wife sent me the e-mail notification of our order.I googled the address and saw that the hours of operation were from 9am-5pm (on Google)So I drove to the address on Welsh St in North Vancouver and arrived at 945 am. I look at the door and saw that the store hours are from 11am - 7pm.If these are pandemics hours, the pandemic has been going on for almost 2 years, you’d think that the hours would be updated. FAIL!I came back after 11am and texted the number for curbside pick up.A young lady comes to my window and hands me a paper and tells me that my order for my daughters particular school is at their Dollarton Hwy. location.At this point I’m more than annoyed.At no point did anyone tell my wife via text, e-mail orPhone call that there is a second location and that our order was at that location. I was so upset I just went home.I double checked the invoice and saw not mention of 2Different locations. FAIL! FAIL!I wonder how many other people had the same problem? Awful experience.And of course this place is a monopoly and there is no competition so mediocrity will reign Supreme.

You pay for return shipping. Uniform monopoly. Schools beware. Reason # 9999 to send your kids to public school

We had a good experience with Welch location. Everything was very clear on their website about how to book and what to expect during fitting. I got email reminders and again everything was very clear in their emails as well. They were very patient with my tiny 3 year old

I went to visit this store today to purchase some school uniforms and loved the experience. The staff was really helpful and the store clean and tidy. Would certainly return!

I phoned Cambridge a few days before driving out to confirm location. Drove here with all of my children and 2 babies who are breast fed to be told that they can't do the fitting at this location and that I have to drive somewhere else. With these babies and already have driven an hour ...we will be in rush hour for 2 hrs on the way back. You completely wasted our time and gas. I am so disappointed. I took time off work to do this as well.

The staff is good, but the company took too long to deliver the uniform and refund. There is no customer service channel.

Jess was amazing, she did an awesome job of helping us find all the uniform garments we needed and was kind and professional! I highly recommend this store and Jess.
