I simply cannot be more thankful for my new home. It all started in the end of October after receiving a communication that my lease would not be renewed. I immediately contacted Jon who is extremelly professional and understood right away the urgency in the matter.In two days, we were visiting the new apartment after preparing all necessary documents. The application was submited that day and my place was secured the day after before lunch. YES, I did have amazing references to help.I could not believe that Christmas would be safe....No information was ever missing and his attention to detail, and absolute fast and efficient communication style helped leasing an appartment be easier that buying groceries.My new landlady was also impressed with Jon who had already given me all the welcome package info before she had time to do so.All in all we were both impressed and happy, she got a new tenant, and I got an amazing place to live.I strongly recommend Jon Ko Real Estate

Jon is one of the hardest working individuals I know. Not only will he go above and beyond for his clients, he gets the job done! I have nothing but praise for him and his work. He is strong willed and deliveries on his promises. He makes sure that his clients are number one and that they get the absolute best experience in purchasing or selling their home.Jon illuminates all excuses and simply gets the job done. I have lived in my home 40+ years, and was nervous about selling my home, as well as stressed over whether I should sell my home for a few months prior to meeting with Jon. Jon understood my position right away and put my mind at ease, always shinning a positive light and guiding me through the process. He made the process exceptional from his attention to detail with decorating my home, having cleaners come in to shine my windows and highlighting the positive attributes of my home. Jon was always available to answer my questions, providing insight on the market, and negotiate the best price for my home in an unstable market. Jon is polite, respectful and a kind person who I now consider a friend.

Our team at Clutter Relief Services worked with Jon last fall helping a family part with 60 years of clutter to be able to get the house on the market. Jon went above and beyond for these clients who were in a complicated family situation. He then worked with them afterwards to get them into the exact location that they wanted as well as finding them temporary housing. He is the type of realtor you want working for you and your family!

First, I'd like to say that if I could give Jon Ko 10 stars, I absolutely would as it would be well earned! I have known Jon and his family for many years as they run the convenience stores in a neighbouring town. Their entire family has always treated my family with the utmost kindness, courtesy and respect. I witnessed this close-knit, hard working family treat everyone with the exact same dignity, so hiring Jon was a no-brainer when I was listing my home. The house sale involved a divorce so there were many challenges from the onset however, Jon keenly rose to the challenge. He remained professional and attentive in guiding us through the sale and handled both of us with equal fairness and sensitivity to the complex dynamics involved. Jon was very thorough and detailed with documents, correspondence, staging, scheduling showings, offer negotiation, purchase agreement and closing. He also remained flexible...when we needed it! To say that Jon went above and beyond with our sale from start to finish would be an understatement! Even when our moving truck broke down delaying our move by hours, placing our closing date in jeopardy, Jon stepped up and helped with packing, cleaning, loading, disposal etc to complete the sale. No matter what the situation demanded, Jon maintained his composure and cheerful attitude throughout. He showed genuine care and concern for our family and our home and I am certain that an exceedingly stressful process was made much smoother because of Jon's involvement.
