I needed a 3-piece mattress for my minivan, with 3 different sizes. They made it perfectly. The foam quality is really good, as the price. They don't try to sell you the most expensive product, they are attentive to your needs and find the best solution for you. Super professional, I'm very happy ! I recommend 100% this place !

Not impressed with the service. I had originally called to place an order for reticulated/scot foam (polyester urethane) but received ELPE (polyethylene). I followed up with email explaining the situation and exactly what I was looking for, Lorna replied back within hours offering a solution. I thought everything would be resolved and I would get the product I need for the commission I'm working on, but from then on trying to get a hold of Lorna became very difficult. I emailed again twice and didn't hear back from her until a month later, both times I tried calling she was away from her desk". After a couple of back and forths

Rather than buying a new mattress, I had my King size cut down to a Queen.I chose to have their upgraded mattress cover made for the new size. I could not have been more pleased with the final results. The price was extremely reasonable and the product way beyond expectation. Thank you for a great transaction!

Brad has been great to deal with. He talked me through the options and their huge selection to find just the right product for the job. Excellent quality and consistency with the work custom cutting everything exactly to size. Very competitive pricing on things too. Also, to reiterate one of the other reviews- I definitely felt the no job is too small" vibe.One caveat is I think sometimes they get a bit busy

Great service - they always recommend the right product for your needs, not upselling to a more expensive item. Good location - just off McKnight, with plenty of parking.I've been buying foam products here for years. Some of the special pieces I've gotten have been a case insert specially shaped to hold a Phantom drone, a bay window bench cushion, and most recently a tent trailer bed. The bed is a 3-segment zipped into a special case. After cutting the foam, they stuffed it into the case and disposed of the old stuff.

Having heard of this company from a music store when looking for acoustic foam for walls, I went to their location to inquire about pricing for foam sheets. The first time I went in, the man who helped me was especially informative about the cutting process and types of foam available for my needs. He was helpful in ensuring I was ordering the right amount of the right type of foam, and when I returned in 3 days for my order the people who were there that day were very polite and helpful with retrieving my order and invoice. If you have any projects that require custom foam solutions, I'd absolutely recommend Sureline!

I got king size mattress 2 years ago , It got softer and had some sags I called and sent email to Kim, they asked me to bring my mattress and they can inspect it and let me know what they can do, when I took the mattress on Friday 4th Feb 2022 I told them I want firm mattress and I was told when I choose the foam 2 years it was 2036 which is softer If I want firm then I should go with 2040 or 2050 I said I can go with 2050 and I can pay the different for that, Greg said they can do and I can pick mattress on Monday 7th Feb 2022. It was ready on Monday , what a fantastic customer service.They standby their warranty and no question asked plus they changed to firmer mattress.Will be referring to my friends and family.

Not sure why, but they no longer sell scrap pieces of foam to individual people unless you own a business or something, from what I gathered on my visit.I used to love going here to buy foam for my various home diy projects, and it’s upsetting to find out I can no longer do that, not sure what they do with the scraps now.

The boyfriend and I had been looking for a new mattress for our RV. After shopping around, we finally found Sureline Foam. We were lucky enough to deal with the owner Brad, who helped us find the product that met our needs and even let us watch our foam be cut to the exact size. Exceptional customer service.
