This location will definitely be see me again.The customer service was on point. Along with the extra help and support in finding the right hats were very helpful.A young man helped me.Thanks again!

I went to Lids last Sunday, April 23. Was there to purchase a hat for my son but saw a hat one of my friends would absolutely love!! Picked it up, the sale sticker" said $42.98

Trash customer service. Waited 5 minutes for an employee to cash us out, yet no one came despite them being aware.

Picked up a full back hat for my son. Also had it embroidered with his name & logo. A bit pricey however it’s worth it. The service was excellent and can tell the gentleman working there enjoy their jobs. Overall, recommend!

An employee stole money out of my account an refuses to give it back to me even after I shown proof.On Sunday I bought 1 hat - total : 45.19.I decided that I did not want the hat anymore and the next day (Monday) I went back and got a refund for that one hat.After looking at my bank account statements I notice that on Sunday when I purchase that 1 hat , there were two transaction for the one hat both for 45.19 which makes a total of 90.38.When I contacted my bank about it , they told me that the merchants (lids) must of made a mistake with the transaction but I could only get a refund back from them because they are the ones that made the transaction. So I decided to go back to that same location for another refund .They are telling me that they already gave me the refund . I shown the proof that they only gave me a refund for the return item and not for the funds that was accidentally taken out of my account but they refuse to do it because they most likely already pocketed the money for themselves .

Walked in to ask if they carried a particular hat. They told me they did not and to purchase it online. When I mentioned I didn’t feel like paying shipping the gentleman shrugged her shoulders and rolled his eyes. I asked if he could call another store for me and what she hesitated but did so. When he called the other store he asked for the wrong hat. I corrected him and again he rolled his eyes. I will never step foot in this location again just because of the horrible customer service I received from Keri (I will omit his last name because I did ask for it). All this when all I wanted was to purchase a hat!

Had a good experience here at lids, I wish I could give credit to the cashier that helped me but forgot to look at her name tag 5 out of 5 experience

Went to this location Sunday May 14th around 2pm, two young ladies working there. absolutely worst customer service ever beyond disgusted! Those two girls were talking amongst eachother instead of looking after me while I was there for more than 30 minute's. Whichever manager or owner sees this please fire those two girls, you'll be losing more sales having them there. Most uneducated and impolite people I ever delt with. Feel sorry for the owner of this place.

Never have the hat you want and always told to order online.
