I was a young, naive, fool and ordered my dress online, after a nightmarish experience shopping in the city. I did not realize that I was not getting the actual designers dress, after all many shops have an online store. When my dress came in I was really Lucky as the dress itself was built well and only had a few minor flaws, the issues were mostly with the off shoulder lace bolero. Aside from the sleeves being to small to fit any woman with any amount of muscle; it was scraps of lace that didn't even match sewn onto a piece of fabric fashoned into the bolero. ANYWAYS my point is I had a disaster on my hands with this dress and Lynn didn't have to help me; but she did. After geting it back from Lynn it looked so gorgeous and it fit me like a glove!!!!!!! Thank you for saving the day Icings! You are a store full of Super Hero's!

Went in last night with my maid of honor to look at bridesmaid dresses.Even though they weren't open late evenings, I called ahead and the owner stayed and waited for us to get there. She was very patient as we went through and tried on dress after dress after dress. The selection of bridesmaids dress samples is incredible! I have been all over the bridal boutiques in the city and Icings had a far better selection than any other I've seen. (For Bridesmaids dresses). I can't comment on the wedding dresses, but if you're shopping for Bridesmaids dresses make this your first stop!

Our bridal party bought our dresses here, and it has been nothing short of a gong show since - every dress had to be resized (understandable), but trying to get the seamstress to understand the importance of everyone being from out of town and needing the dresses to be ready early enough to ensure it fit correctly has been a nightmare. Now we are down to the wire and picking up dresses 2 days before the wedding, hoping that they will actually fit correctly....very disappointed with the service.

This week was my 1st and 2nd time I had ever gone into icings bridal shop and boy was I impressed. I 100% reccomend anyone looking for good, honest help with picking out the perfect dress, go see Ashley and Heather. They made my daughters prom gown shopping experience easier and more fun than we could have imagined. So thankful for their kindness , laughter, and personal touches in making my grad feel amazing.

An amazing selection of gowns! Such chilled and friendly staff who are very professional and made my daughter and I feel really comfortable and welcomed. Thank you for all your time!

Icings is horrible. My friend is getting married and they messed up her order, they told her she needs to “keep the weight off” and refused to give her a discount after they messed up her order and she had to get a dress off the rack. Do NOT recommend.

The ladies at icings were phenomenal, I went in early April for a wedding dress I needed for early June, I found my dream dress and it was altered just in time for my day. Great customer service and atmosphere made me feel so special during my appointments

Horrible Experience. I got my wedding dress from them and when it came in it was so big I could slip it off even when it was tied as tight as it could go. There workers would not admit tk ordering the wrong size and wanted me to pay half of what my dress was worth just for the alterations so it would fit. I refused and took my dress and went on a gain weight to fit into my dress mission. Even by doing that on my wedding day my dress was still tied as tight as I could go just to stay on (so no nice lace up back look just a mess of riibbon) plus in the photos there are still areas where you could see it bunching since it was so loose.

Lovely experience and the 'off the rack' dress - stunning...

I had asked these ladies to order a dress for me for my wedding, and it was an expensive dress but very very beautiful! I had never been in to visit the store, I had just called them and I live in Fort McMurray and was willing to drive down and get this dress. Months later due to the economy I didn't feel comfortable paying that price for a dress anymore which they had already ordered in for me. The positive side to this is they told me we will order this dress for you and if for some reason it is not for you we will sale it in the store and when I told them I didn't want to spend that amount of money at that time they were so understanding. I just wanted to say thank you, even though I didn't make it down there but you were so accommodating and anyone who ever has a chance to deal with these lovely ladies consider yourself blessed!
