We were extremely happy with the service we received from Molly Maid. The ladies were on time and very efficient. We needed their service for a whole house clean due to moving. They made sure that the house was spotless. They couldn't complete the whole house clean in the time we had estimated, so they called to ask if I wanted to pay them for a bit longer or if I was satisfied with what they had accomplished in the time alloted. I appreciated this communication. I feel they are honest initially about what they charge. There are no surprises.

I have been using Molly Maid for almost 10 years to clean my house. Even through the pandemic we were able to arrange safe and quality service. It is excellent value especially when you consider the great job they do. The cleaners are local girls who are hard workers and very personable. I highly recommend Molly Maid.

We have used Molly Maid for 3 1/2 years to do the basic cleaning that we are not physically able to do. The girls are professional and friendly. Always nice to have a clean house once they are done.

We have used Molly Maids Abbotsford for our family for many years and are always very pleased with the service. I have a dust allergy and having them clean well is important. The odd time if something is missed, they are quick to resolve it on the next visit. If I request something extra, they ensure it is included. We have used them for several moves to clean the old and new homes for us and it makes the transition so much better! Highly recommend!

I called molly maids and spoke to Cathy to book a date and get a quote. I was told over the phone that because i didn't need the clean for about 2 months to call back in a month to book it and was provided a quote. A month later i call back to confirm and and she tells me she is completely booked for the day i need it. I'm also provided a much higher quote than the original quote they gave me. Extremely disappointed as it was never mentioned to me that dates book up fast. Had i known i would have insisted that it be booked when i made the initial call. They lost a customer as i have know gone with a diffrent company.

The staff were well organized and worked efficiently when cleaning my mother’s apartment. I would not hesitate using their services again. A good value for seniors.

Route #11 Tara done an excellent job in the master bathroom and bedroom, the other two Ashley and Stacey needs some instruction. The tub was not cleaned out, the floor behind the toilet in the second bathroom did not look like they moved the toilet brush and plunger to clean the floor, the floor around the dog food dishes was not scrubbed clean. I moved the dishes out of the way so the food that was stuck on the floor would be cleaned, it was not. The Swiffer wet mop does not clean the floors, you need to use a regular mop so you can scrub a little or get down on your hands and knees. I do have them coming back next month, so will see how they do.

They have been cleaning my house for well over a year now, and as a single mom they are a life saver. The girls are always on time, friendly, and they do a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone.
