Tenant background and credit check very efficient and report delivered within minutes? However, rent collection service sucks! Registered for it, had my tenant register, and supply banking info. All came to nothing. Tenant's account was not debited. I contacted them and was informed contract was not activated. Reason? They were transiting from one service provider to another.

I’ve used SingleKey’s credit check service recently for an applicant and I highly recommend it. The report was created really fast and they have a great customer service to help with your questions. I definitely use their service in future for next applicants.

I called Transunion and Equifax, looking for help to do a credit check for prospective tenants and got the runaround for 2 hours. With SingleKey, I signed up online and called to get my credit check expedited. 30 minutes later and it's done. Rakshana in customer service was a pleasure to work with. She even sent me a follow up email to make sure I was happy. You cannot beat that.

Today was the first time I asked for a credit check on prospective tenant with Single Key.The report was done quickly but i could not open it due to not sufficient ID on my file.I contacted Single Key and they resolved the issue immediately.Good service and speedy response

We used Single Key for the first time this week. It was easy to get started and they were very quick within the chat to answer any of my questions either with tech help (getting the link sent out to potential tenants) or understanding the credit reports. The reports were done quickly and I was notified by email when they were available. We went from over 40 inquiries down to 4 applicants once we asked for credit info and I feel that probably cut out a lot of potential problems.

I've dealt with Single Key for almost a year now and they have never let me down. They are quick to respond should you have a problem and easy to communicate with. They're pricing is also competitive, with you receiving nothing short of what you pay for. I would recommend them to anyone and any company. Cheers

They were very fast and helpful when I was having technical difficulties with submitting an application for a tenant background check. Gave 4 stars as I’m not sure if the tech error was from my end, there’s or the landlords, but it kept bringing me to a blank white page when submitting the application. I was sent a new application to my email and that one started working. Also because it would be nice if the application link was more mobile friendly.

Tenant reports are somewhat decent. Rent Collection is TERRIBLE - STAY AWAY. If you want to see your rent money in a reasonable timeframe, you are better to collect it yourself. If you are looking to, consistently, receive your money 5-15 days late (or at all), use this service! To add salt to the wound, their customer service is TERRIBLE. If you can find their email you MIGHT receive a response, but probably not. If you use their chat, expect the bot to provide very simple answers and to wait 10-20 mins for each one word reply from an actual agent. Do not expect that they will help you in a timely manner, or at all. Oh! And, if you ask them for a manager contact to escalate a case, you will be ignored entirely. The premise of what SingleKey claims to offer is great, but their execution is beyond poor. I would not recommend this company or their services to anyone managing properties.

I purchased the Tenant Check for a rental applicant. I had to update the rental applicant information and had problems verifying my profile. I was able to chat with an agent who was diligent in looking into and was super helpful! Overall the process was pretty straightforward.
