This is a family business, not sleazy corporate.Bought myself a well-used 2004 Pontiac Vibe with them. Omar was very accommodating and courteous. Gave me a great deal on the vehicle and then got the car fixed for free (including AC, for no additional cost). No extra fees, only the out-the-door price of the car + licensing fees.I was able to test-drive a vehicle and had the option of inspecting it with my mechanic. During inspection, Omar had the carfax ready on his phone and fully disclosed all work done on the car and its previous history.OMVIC Certified, you can verify on the website, these guys are a legitimate operation.Their office is in a building with a lot of other used car sales companies, they own a part of the lot. If you don't mind that - you'll be fine.Overall, would recommend. Smooth and pleasant transaction.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I bought an SUV from YSM Auto a year ago. Within the first week, the power steering went out. I called the person who sold it to me (Sam) and he told me to take it to their mechanic in Mississauga (I live in Scarborough). I looked up the issue and told them the recommended fix. They decided to go the cheaper route SO the power steering went out again one week later! Back to Mississauga I go and, since I need my vehicle for work, I had to get a rental while they repaired the car. Another week later I see that it’s leaking some liquid (broken gasket) which required yet another visit to Mississauga (I had asked to have it repaired by my local mechanic but Sam said it needed to go to theirs). The vehicle was sold with a Bronze Warranty. Given my numerous problems with the vehicle in the first month, I asked Sam to upgrade my Warranty to the Platinum level since it was obvious I had been sold a lemon. Sam agreed and said he’d take care of it. Fast forward to a week ago: my transmission goes out (naturally). I sent Sam a text message to confirm that my Warranty had been upgraded as agreed. No response (yet it had been ‘read’). I called the Warranty company and learned that YSM did not upgrade my Warranty as agreed, leaving me with just $650 coverage, compared to the $2500 the Platinum plan offered. (If you have ever had to have this repair, you know that a new/rebuilt transmission costs around $3000 or more.)I feel that I was taken advantage of/lied to by this seller and would recommend potential buyers read this review and proceed with caution or look elsewhere.UPDATE: With regards to the owner’s response, yes, YSM paid for one of my rentals (it was at MY request and not offered independently by YSM) since it was too dangerous for me to drive the car from North York to Mississauga with no power steering. (It is interesting to note that I was told it needed to go to Master Mechanic in Mississauga as the mechanic with either a family member of a friend or a friend.) Since almost two weeks have passed since my text message to Sam, I’m sure he would have had opportunity to respond by now. As for my not answering my phone, I returned any/all calls from Sam IF missed. While I appreciate the ‘spirit’ of the owner’s response, neither he nor Sam have reached out to either me OR the Warranty company who indicated they contacted you to confirm the level of my warranty coverage 10 days ago. Sam told me had upgraded the Warranty. Sadly, this was not the case.

The dealer is so sweet and definitely helping the way he guided me in buying the car. Today I am so happy with the purchase. And even the financing I thought with my low credit score I will not get but the dealer Hussain found me best financier and the whole work is done in just a week.Completely satisfied and I will suggest everyone to go to this dealer.

First thoughts about the purchase experience were very positive, but later discovered that there was something wrong with the replacement clutch that had been installed. The first few gears would not shift properly without a lot of grinding no matter what I did. At first I thought it was just me needing to get used to a stiffer clutch, but I took it in and the mechanic said that it was not installed properly and will be expensive to replace. Sam was honest about some things, but did not disclose this to me whatsoever. Not very impressed or satisfied.

I bought a vehicle from Mohammed and everything was as stated prior to purchase. Very professional and honest, will give 6 stars if that was an option.
