Purdys is my favourite brand for chocolate. I have bought several of their chocolates over the last 6 years and they never disappoint. Their chocolates are rich and fresh, and I love that there are lots of different flavours to choose from including unique ones such as sake and sakura. My favourite flavours are the hedgehogs and milk chocolate salted caramels. Also, Purdys chocolates are great to give as gifts because they come beautifully packaged in gold wrapping paper. This particular shop has great customer service and is located in the heart of downtown, which is convenient.

Cute little shop within Eaton Centre. The saleslady took me to the vegan chocolate rows immediately. I bought three small bars (one dark, two mylk) and two bonbons, again one of each. My bf got his usual cookie dough ice cream, not vegan.The saleslady complimented me on having a purple jacket that matched the decor. Just made my day! We went on a late Thursday afternoon in late Feb, after the big storm, so the mall was rather full.

Best chocolate hands down. Try the campfire marshmallows, salted caramels, Georgia browns, honestly anything. You can't miss with their chocolate. Purdy's is a must have for holidays in our house.

We ordered the rum and raison flavored ice cream on a waffle cone, it was one of the best quality ice creams we’ve ever had! The taste was rich and you never get bored eating it. It just gets tastier as we ate it. The waffle cone doubled the deliciousness of the ice cream too!

Chocolates are delicious but the customer service is awful. I recall previous instances where I was so put off that I considered ordering online. Finally went there today - got a lot of items and then asked to get one of the chocolates from the showcase. The sales person tells me there is a deal if I get 12 of them, so okay, I agree. Turns out, she puts all the chocolates in a BAG. I ask her if she can put it in a box and she replied no we can't

Need a suvenier? they have very nice collection of boxed Canadian chocolates. Staff is helpful and friendly. I picked couple of boxes and lady actually decorated the simple box with ribbon so that looked even prettier

Natalie at the Eaton Centre location was an extremely helpful employee. She helped my mom and I to put our own picture on the chocolate bar wrapper. She took careful time to put ribbons on the chocolate as well, she is a wonderful employee! Thank you Natalie!!

We had the espresso chip ice cream here today and it was so good. The crushed almond topping that was offered to go with it complemented the ice cream nicely. I'll happily stop back here when I'm at the Eaton Center.
