Today I had my first reiki session with Katie. I was nervous about the unknowns but had an open mind going in to the session. Katie was very warm, and kind. Katie truly is the Peace Activator. Initially I was not sure how comfortable I would be with energy healing. I had some flaky past experiences. Katie is different. With her, EVERYTHING feels different. She just has a way of making you feel safe, heard and truly at peace before, during and after your session. I was struggling with vision, with feeling attached to my goals. She taught me how to structure my goals in a way that brought them to light and got me truly excited to chase after them and make them a reality. Having our sessions together gave me the support I needed to gradually change my perspective & help me to understand things I had struggled with in the past. When I saw the opportunity to join Katie's Peace Activator Method (PAM) program I was feeling overwhelmed with recent life changes and needed something to help ground me and help me feel more connected to myself. I decided to schedule a call with Katie to learn more about the program and a few minutes into that call I knew that the program was exactly what I needed.Throughout PAM, I learned many valuable techniques to connect with myself and feel more at peace. I learned how to trust myself more, how to set better boundaries, and how to embrace the various emotions I was feeling — and work through them.Katie was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process and allowed me to conduct the program at my own pace. Her program was put together with so much detail and consideration, and Katie was available anytime I had questions or required additional guidance.As a result of Katie’s PAM program, I have been equipped with tools that I can apply to many life situation.I highly recommend Katie and any of her programs to anyone looking to gain self-awareness, happiness, and overall life fulfillment.

The biggest outcome of this program for me was personal growth and a process I can tap in when I need it. I also obtained tangible results. I am sure there are many books available but Katie's program is a life changer. Katie is kind and provides unbias guidance. She is also very understanding and respects boundaries.I hesitated to make the financial investment but I was looking for something like this and I decided I was worthy. I decided it was time for radical change and understand myself better. I recommend this program to people who have not seen positive changes in the past two years and you want to overcome obstacles to create a better life for yourself. Through this program I improved myself and felt more empowered. I recommend it 100%.

I learned so much from this program that I hadn’t known about before. Katie has put a lot of psychology and scientific research into the program along with her vast experience over many years of practice and then honing things for simplicity.I love that we have worksheets and many resources at our disposal to work through and refer to when we need to.Since I had not done any energy work before, I found the practice and explanations intriguing and very helpful in helping me work through some issues I currently have going on in my life. The tools she has left me with are priceless and I call upon them often. I especially like the meditations which offer more than grounding and clearing for me--they heal also.I appreciated the fact that Katie has given participants of her P.A.M program access to the content forever as some areas required much longer for me to absorb and work through than are allowed in a week…sometimes I need a month or more to process and practice what I learned, so continued access is an important feature.I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking for assistance in getting themselves over some of the more difficult hurdles life can throw at us, including stress and even health issues. ( I am dealing with both chronic pain and stress)--Or even just to call upon when one needs a boost!Her program greatly helped me to narrow down/focus on what the real issues were that were affecting my happiness and health, offering baby steps and giving the tools needed to help me manage my own “hurdles.”Katie is such a gentle, warm and approachable soul and I feel she truly cares about each participant in her program.Thank you Katie!

Katie is absolutely phenomenal. She was able to find things very quickly in the session (my first one) that I had never ever spoken to any other person.
