Suzanne, an exceptional employee, who double checked with her supervisor for a few tricky questions, assisted in resolving all my inquiries. The follow-up via email was equally impressive. Their commitment to helping me figure out and old audit from 2020, that's still valid but wasn't even with them, shows respect for the industry and is truly commendable. I hopeful, thanks to their time and free advice, that I will acquire my new heat pump and get the proper government rebates. Given any opportunity, I highly recommend engaging with this team and I genuinely wish I could bring my own business, or any business, to them due to the reasons mentioned previously.

Great customer service. I had a call with Yanique and she answered all my questions regarding the audit, the grant, rebate and loan. She was so helpful and friendly.We had our first audit by Victor. He was awesome, did the inspection intensively and recommended ways to help with sealing and insulating the house. This man really loves his job hence the smile and the friendly visit.

Rick C came and did our audit once we had our heat pump installed. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable answering any questions I had. I can’t say enough good things about Rick C as he exudes customer service to the enthusiasm degree!!!! Thanks for the great service Rick!!!

I was recommended to The Home Inspectors Group through a company that was doing some renovation work for me. No relationship between the companies, just some helpful reccomndations between folks in the industry.Overall the process for the green home energy grant was about a year and thankful for that. I wanted to take my time to complete the emcesssey recommendations that the inspector provided to me, as well as ensuring the appropriate companies and price point in mind was found.All in all positive experience with the inspector Paul and he was generous on his home advice tips to me. Taking all of his recommendations in I have saved money on home heating costs both gas and electrical. While the dollar amount appears low month over month over time I can tell you that the savings are there and well worth it.Recommend this team in full.Thanks

We wanted to explore our options for home improvement rebates and were referred to Home Inspectors Group for an initial assessment. Clear communication was established from the start about what to expect and how it would happen. Andrew, our inspector, provided ample notice of his arrival and arrived when he said. He was very capable, informative, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. He was very personable, respectful, and caused virtually no disruption while he was in our home. The inspection report is well written and clearly outlines areas for improvement that are simple to understand and follow up on. While we may not be able to take maximum benefit of all the recommendations, they are all very useful and instructive. Very happy with this experience and can heartily recommend this home energy audit from Home Inspectors Group.

We hired them to qualify for the Green Homes Program. Joseph our technician was very pleasant. He was informative and walked me through everything he needed to do. Great care of our house was taken while doing the inspection. His summary and follow up communication and the company's documents regarding the inspection are superb.
