My pilate instructor May is very knowledgable. She prepares each private class according to my ability, providing competent instruction! The set of workout changes each class to be challenge yet effective. The environment here is clean and cozy! Highly recommended!

The studio is very clean and nice. All instructors are friendly. My instructor, Stella Ko, is so energetic and enthusiastic about teaching as well as knowledgeable on body moves from her various exercise & sport experiences. I've been enjoying every class with her booming voice!

This studio stuff is very friendly. My instructor Erin is very experienced with senior people. She inspired me to do better and better ( no experience with hot yoga). She has much patience with me. Highly recommend all to have exercises with her.

I’ve been going to Mi Pilates for a few months now, and I love my instructor Leah!She’s very attentive and makes every work out challenging. This was my first Pilates experience and Leah made it easy to get started without it being intimidating. I definitely recommend giving it a try if you’ve been thinking about it. The owner Stella is also super friendly and knowledgeable.

Mi Pilates studio is simply amazing! The instructor, Stella Ko is one of the best I have ever worked with, and she always challenges me to push myself further. The facilities are beautiful and spacious, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, this studio has something to offer you. Great place to learn and exercise pilates. Instructor Erin is excellent - my posture and shoulder pain have gotten so much better. Definitely recommend Mi Pilates!

LOVE THIS STUDIOOOO! All the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. My instructor Leah is very experienced and taken care of me very well throughout my pregnancy. She prepares every class before hand and make adjustments based on my condition. can’t wait to be back with Mi Pilates for my postpartum practice❤️

I injured my rotator cuff last summer and my physiotherapist recommended I give pilates a try to help rehab my shoulder and get my mobility back. I was really nervous and anxious about what it might be like and whether or not I would be able to do it, but instructor Erin was very welcoming and kind and made it easy get into it!Instructor Erin is very knowledgeable about pilates techniques and form, and always knows how to motivate me and push me to do my best. Each class is always fun, challenging, and rewarding, and it's the part of my week that I look forward to!I'm about 10 classes in now, and I already feel my strength, mobility, and flexibility returning! I'm excited to continue to get stronger and improve my technique!

Instructors are very friendly as well as enthusiastic to help me improve my core strength and stability. After only a few sessions, I already felt positive difference such as reduced muscle pain and increased mobility and strength. With their efforts for me to do every postures correctly, it really helped me achieve effective outcomes. The facility is very clean with a nice view.
