This review is also available in French for all those French-speaking nationals wondering about touring Alberta.We certainly did not regret choosing A Best Transport and Tour Services. First off, they were responsive to all my emails and they replied promptly. Some tour agencies take ages to respond. Second, the vehicles were clean and in excellent condition. We got the chance to ride in 3 different vehicles, one of which was a Tesla which my brother liked a lot. Third, Manny Caparas, our tour guide, was courteous and a safe driver. He knew a lot about Alberta and he shared valuable information about Calgary in particular. We did a city tour, a Banff tour, a Jasper tour (long ride) and again a half day tour of the city - to get a feel of the neighborhoods. For first-timers in Alberta, I would encourage you to spend the extra dollars so that you can tour safely, comfortably and privately. One wonderful thing about private tours is that there is no feeling of being rushed or being tied to a rigid schedule. A Best Transport asks you what you wish to do and they customise the trip for you. We felt like we were accorded the red carpet treatment! Next time we visit Calgary, we won't hesitate to contact this company again.

A group of 10 youth and 2 leaders with Girl Guides from Ontario had 3 amazing trips with this company during our week in Calgary this past summer. We had booked them through Viator and Jef was an amazing guide for our trip to Drumheller. When another company cancelled our trip to Banff nearly at the last minute (2 days before) this company came to the rescue and took us on a fantastic tour of Banff. As well, we used this company again to take us from our accommodation to the airport for our departure. I can not begin to express how impressed and pleased we were with everyone we dealt with at this company. By far the most fantastic people we met on our trip

Great experience going from Calgary to Drumheller for a day trip. The trip was smooth with snacks and water offered as well. Our guide was very friendly and took a lot of photos for us! I would definitely recommend for an overall great experience.

Great company! We used their services to go from Calgary to Jasper and Banff and back again. They were very punctual and the transport was super comfortable. We also had water and snacks throughout the whole trip! During our transport, they brought us to various scenic spots on our way without any issues and were going to bring us to more, but we were unfortunately short on time. I would definitely use them again!

My husband and I booked 3 different transfers-tours with Abest Transport for YYC Airport-Jasper, Jasper-Lake Louise, and Lake Louise-Calgary. All I can say is that this company really lives up to its name, and I am so glad we found them!They have clean and efficient transportation, were punctual and professional, communication was seamless and most of all, the team is so kind, warm and hospitable. Manny and Aljay truly went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I were comfortable all throughout our trips and that we had a memorable honeymoon. I was amazed with how hard working and committed they are and didn’t hesitate to extend the day by generously adding in stops that they thought we’d find interesting. Booked a private tour with ABest, and told them the sights I wished to see during my brief visit to Calgary. I told ABest where I was staying, and they provided me pickup from the airport, then from my hotel to the airport, in addition to a full day tour in between. The airport driver, Manny, was very personable and friendly. I was thrilled that he drove me in a Tesla! My full day tour driver, Joey, was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the Banff and Lake Louise area. As it was early in the season, Moraine Lake was not yet open. Joey made several suggestions as to other points of interest for me to enjoy. Joey was very concerned about my comfort, making sure the van temperature was set to my comfort, as well as asking me where specifically I wanted to stop and walk around. He explained each area to see if I wanted to walk around. As I am elderly with mobility concerns, I passed on some tour highlights in favor of dozing on the way back to my hotel. Joey was extremely accommodating, and personalized my day tour! Had a wonderful visit!

My wife and I booked a private tour in lieu of trying to navigate Banff and Lake Louise on our own. This turned out to be an outstanding choice. Jobo met us at our hotel at 8 o'clock sharp and from there we spent the entire day seeing the wonders of the nearby mountains. We saw more in one day than I could have managed in three days, all without being rushed at all. It pays to have someone who is intimately familiar with the area as your guide. Although the information on the signage was more than sufficient, Jobo provided additional color regarding each of the stops. Jobo was very friendly, courteous, and it was an absolute pleasure to be in his company. The vehicle was very clean, stocked with ample water, and very well-maintained. I highly recommend ABest Transport and Tour Services Inc, and their “rider driven” philosophy, which Jobo exemplified. The next time that we are on holiday in Calgary, we know who we will contact for a tour.

Three of us used the private round-trip transfer service between a Calgary airport hotel and the Fairmont Chateau Hotel at Lake Louise. All of us agreed that the service was fantastic.Aljay was our driver for both trips. He was professional, polite, informative, and thoughtful. He really went over and beyond in making the rides enjoyable for us. The vehicles used were also very clean and comfortable.We felt lucky to have booked the transfer service with ABest, and would gladly recommend the company to our friends and all fellow travellers.

Today I had Manny drive me and take me on a truly spectacular tour of Yoho National Park, Lake Louise, Banff and the surrounding areas.Manny was a fantastic guide and shared a lot of information. Nothing was too much for him. He went out of his way throughout the entire day to make sure I enjoyed myself, took photographs for me and made the entire experience one I’ll treasure. I can’t thank him enough. Will be recommending this service to everyone I know.
