Laura Canada - Head Office

This is to express my disappointment in the Laura Canada franchise. I have been shopping there (at first in Toronto and then here when the Sudbury store opened) for at least 10 years. Anyone who knows me can attest to the fact that I have probably spent thousands of dollars over these years.Most recently ( perhaps in the last 4 months ) I have not been able to find a lot of selection in the sizes I wear.I have e-mailed the customer service department several times and they assured me that they would make sure that the Sudbury store would get more items in my size…. So I decided to wait a few weeks and dropped in to the store to see what was new . There were a lot of new items – sadly nothing in my size. I found a pair of pants on-line and asked to have them sent to my local store. I would have to pay for them and it seems a Regional Manager had to approve this. Well having tried several times to contact a person who could make this happen – I was never able to actually speak to anyone…. So it seems they no longer want my business – I have taken it elsewhere!!!!!

First of all, I have to say that I love the quality and design of laura, however, every time I try to place an order online, I got the cancellation email, and I call the customer servic, they always say that's because the items are our of stock, it happened a looot to me with laura.It seems the website is not synced with the actual stock. Very inconvenient, unfortunately.

laura fairview. misleading customers. I specifically asked if my dress was refunded the salesperson yes and when I went to return they were all very rude and made it sound like I was lying. I don't take those accusations very well. I will never shop their again and I will make sure friends and family don't shop there as well. look into training your staff so that they do not misinform the clients

Great company to work for. Shout out! to the buyers, and the key people who do a fantastic job nailing the fashion runway and bringing inspirational pieces to Canadian women at affordable prices. I'm officially hooked and look forward to every day I spend in the shop helping women look & feel beautiful in your clothing.

I had the most amazing shopping experience today at Laura's at St. Laurent. Sales lady was named Nada? Or maybe Nadia? She's been working at Laura's for 18 years. She was very patient , helpful and went above and beyond. The pantsuit I purchased has flower appliques that were bent/ twisted. I would have walked away but she patiently steam everyone of the twisted flowers. I bought the outfit and will be singing her praises with all my family and friends. With that kind of service I will be a loyal client for sure!

I am a loyal Laura customer and have been for years. I have NEVER been able to purchase anything on line as I always get a server error message. I have tried on multiple computers and my phone. I have tried using paypal and through a credit card. To make matters worse, customer service is not available on weekends, when most people shop!! When you call a store for assistance, they cannot help. This could be a very costly problem for Laura. I wish they would fix this; I have told stores about it several times. Obviously some people can purchase on line, but I cannot, so I assume the problem is not just mine. BAD FOR BUSINESS.
