Poor customer service, multiple items broken upon arrival of order. Very unprofessional staff members who arrived with the replacement items, they were not wearing masks and did not respect and/or understand social distancing laws. This company does not comply with or respect the governments regulations regarding covid and put my family at risk through their carelessness. In addition, they were very rude in scheduling the replacement of the broken products they sold me.

Amazed with the quality of products and at such a great price ! Have been using products from other brands as well but i have to say that their products are best in class on every parameter whether it is price, quality or service. Thanks to the team !

If youre a student buying a kit, dont buy it from here. The service is fine, but the price is ridiculously high. They somehow supply universities in Montreal but youre better off ordering each individual piece from amazon and you'll save 90%.

Good service no masks appreciated

They're willing to replace faulty equipment if you want, but you also have to go there and get it replaced, would be better to get the proper one in the first place, I considered leaving a good review since I was told kindly that I can replace them but then I thought I should be honest with how I feel ( that's what these reviews are for). I would have preferred glass beakers but that's OK, all in all, it's decent, I mightve considered a cheaper option but the kit I got definitely does the job as expected.
