Another beautiful trail. Saw a few bicycles on the trail to. I would not recommend this trail to older people. Lots of steep inclines, and slippery in places. Will definitely walk this one again!

Incredible trail with accessibility for biking in the summer. Beautiful views of Quidi Vidi and St. John’s. The entrance is near sugarloaf path down by the Quidi Vidi plantation. At the first fork in the trial, the right turn is far more technical you can get great views of Quidi Vidi and the harbour, whereas the left side of the trail is left technical and can offer great views of the highlands and the ocean when you get 1km to 1.5km deep. Either way, bring the correct gear and water, and bundle up if you are going in the winter.
