I immediately brought this to the attention of their staff, but instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me for the issue. As consumers, we have the right to expect safe and high-quality food, and it's alarming to see a lack of concern for food safety at Lazeez Shawarma.I urge all of you to be cautious when eating at this establishment and to demand that they take action to prevent similar incidents in the future. I also call upon the relevant authorities to investigate this matter and hold Lazeez Shawarma accountable for their lack of concern for food safety. The hot sauce is not 1% hot. Its a sweet sauce in red colour or maybe they were serving tomato ketchup. The staff is very nice but the food is not good as compare to other lazeez shawarma

If I could rate this place ZERO, I would. Used to be good but last couple times I've ordered from them the food is either too dry, or salty. After waiting over an hour a half for our food yesterday we got it only to notice we were missing a WHOLE COMBO. One person was left without dinner to eat. On top of it they've gotten so cheap they skimp out on items like rice. For the other three dinners that we did get they were only half full. Beyond unacceptable as I paid almost $50. Waste of time and money!!!

Ordered a chicken shawarma wrap (hot) and beef shawarma on sticks (hot).The wrap was ok but there was no hot sauce. The beef shawarma on sticks (see pic), had no sauce whatsoever. So disappointed. I ordered around 11 pm, so unable to bring it back to them. It is midnight now. Paid $32. SO ANNOYED. Will never GO BACK. 0 stars.

The best tasting Shawarma in Durham... My only issue was the food was cold.. But amazing taste and much better the competition around... Only opened yesterday and warmer not steaming. I recommend trying it. Will be back.... Management was kind and when told of the issue, offered to fix it and gave me a free salad....

This is by far one of the most unprofessional, mismanaged Lazeeza locations of all. The servers there have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNCLEAN ATOMSPHERE AND worst of all they don't even follow the order that was requested. Thrice I went to get Lazeeza on the Rocks, despite charging additional for extra garlic, the servers are so STINGY WITH THE SAUCES. We asked for 5 lines of hot sauce, they only gave us 3, it's down right disrespectful. Horrible experience, never ever going to visit this location again.Warning to other patrons, don't bother paying more for extra garlic sauce, it's a waste of money.

This location is definitely worth the visit. The amount of messiness and in small servings. The way bread preserves flavour is not incredible. There are some worst deals on combos and family meals. pristine restrooms. Suggest not placing an order in advance.

They get 2 stars for the customer service sales people who were very friendly and courteous. The food on the other hand horrible! Rice soft and mushy and white. Meat lots of hard tendons and cartilage! Gross! I couldn't eat it. How sad because Lazeez started off really good. What a waste of $11

The girl serving at counter busy on call doesn’t care what customers are ordering. So far the worst lazeez branch. No respect for customer at all. Never coming back here again
