A quiet spot to watch the rise and fall of the Petitcodiac River. You can catch the beginnings of the tidal bore here, though certainly not as impressive as Riverview.The silos have started to weaken, and the structure is closed off, but stands as a reminder of a once productive industry in Hillsborough. On low tide, timbers from the old wharf are visible. Bits of white, grey, and pink gypsum lay around.Enjoy a walk on the Acadian dike system, but use caution if you get into the mud.
