Arlene was such a huge help and support during the entire process of getting our dog safely from Canada to the UK. There was a hiccup with our dog's flight being canceled due to a heatwave in Canada and Arlene was very quick to keep in contact with us as things were changing, and assured us throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend working with this company as it made our move much easier and less stressful if we had done it on our own!

Your Dog Butler helped us get our dog from Canada to the States, and, even more importantly, they saved our sanity during a very complicated and last-minute dog adoption.We instantly fell in love with a Samoyed puppy in Toronto and were having trouble figuring out how to travel with him to Nashville. We wanted him as soon as possible, but we were unwilling to fly him because he was too large to fit in the cabin. We also worried about driving a new puppy for 20 hours with overnight stops in AirBNBs because we were unsure how potty trained he was.This was our first time using a dog transportation company, and we felt completely lost while trying to find one, even though we were calling companies our friends had recommended... then we found Your Dog Butler. Communication was great, very informative and helpful throughout the whole process of shipping my puppy to Canada from Poland. Being able to just call and talk, versus automated like other companies was a huge plus in my books. Your Dog Butler is an absolutely amazing service! I needed to travel with my partner and our two dogs for a family emergency and they made it easy to book and were helpful with every step. Mark went the extra mile to make sure us and our dogs were comfortable during our ride (dog beds, toys, our radio station preference and great conversation!) I recently moved to Alberta from Ontario for work. I had researched, spoked to, and received quotes from several pet travel agencies and I am beyond grateful that I found YDB. Prices to fly my 80lb german shepherd mix were pretty similar between all the places I looked at, but it was the customer service that I received from YDB that made them the best choice. Call me old school, but I prefer to talk over the phone and the other places I researched only communicated by email which was quite frustrating, especially because I was super anxious about flying my dog across provinces. When I called, I spoke to Arlene who immediately put my nerves at ease by explaining the whole process and set up my expectation for the whole process. She helped me in every step of the way, by calling me when I needed to speak to her over the phone, continuing email communication and just being present, which I wasn't getting from other places. She even helped me find an airline approved crate, which for my dog's sized, posed a challenge but Arlene found one! Then, she connected me to Mark, who was the gentlemen who would be picking up my dog, driving her to the airport and hanging out with her in the cargo loading centre until her take off. He answered all my questions, and also helped make me feel more comfortable about the transportation process. You can tell he really cared about my dog and it made me feel like me and Luna (my pooch) were in good hands. He sent me photos of everything (see below). As this was our first time flying, the photos made me sad, because I thought luna would be stressed out/traumatized but when I grabbed Luna from the cargo pick up, she did not seem traumatized at all and was calm (and most importantly, safe and healthy) which just verified that I picked the right pet travel agency. I could not thank Arlene and Mark enough. I could not have done any of it without them, and I am truly grateful that I found them. Eventually when I need to go back home to Ontario, I will 100% use them again because honestly, making sure my dog is in the best possible hands is my main priority, and I know I get that with Arlene, Mark, and YDB.

We used the service to travel with our dog and luggage from Montreal to Toronto, as we flew in to Montreal. We were relocating from India to Canada and had a lot of luggage with us and our 5 year old English Cocker Spaniel. We travelled with Mark and had a very comfortable journey. Mark was very friendly and it was good to know about nuances of moving to Canada. Everything was very well planned, right from the car which could fit all our luggage, us (my wife and me), and our dog, to the breaks that we could take. The car itself was very comfortable and there was a comfortable bed for our dog, along with toys and water for our fur baby! We would highly recommend YourDogButler for anyone looking for any pet movement services. The entire process of booking the ride and scheduling everything was seamless. Arlene was very helpful.
