Form Fit Gym is a friendly/judgement free atmosphere, clean and lots of different equipment to choose from.I'm current on my 2nd week at the gym work with Trevor to better my health and reach my goals.Trevor is very knowledgeable and passionate in what he is doing to help all his clients reach their goals and beyond.

No matter what your age, ability or experience is Form Fit can help you be the best that you can be at all stages of your life. I love the classes which are a mix of multiple ages, men and women, moms and teens, beginners and experienced. They help you to feel right at home.This gym is not just about building muscle and losing weight, there is also a focus on mobility and proper technique as a priority.Form Fit Gym is very welcoming and so are the staff! I highly recommend them!

This is a great gym for anyone looking to have a safe and friendly experience during these times. Trevor the owner is a solid dude. He made me and my girlfriend feel very welcomed and at home at his gym. It’s not the biggest of gyms but in my opinion that does not matter, what matters is the atmosphere. I get really good vibes going here not only from staff but also it’s members, everyone was very friendly and welcoming here me and my girl both love it here. It feels great to be apart of a gym club once again and I’m looking forward to hitting some new PR’s here & hopefully learning some new things along the way! Thanks Trevor for giving everyone in this small town another reason to be great and do great things. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get in shape or start a new hobby and to just get out more!

I agree with the comments regarding the quality of the facility itself, but the real standout of this gym is Trevor. Not only the depth and breadth of his knowledge, or his personal experience and example (the man 'walks the talk'!), but it's the fact he treats each person as an individual. So regardless of your level of experience with gyms, or fitness, Trevor will deal with you at that level in a friendly yet professional way.

Equipment is well maintained and plentiful. The carded access is convenient so long as normal hours of business suit your needs. The owner, Trevor is very friendly and approachable with concerns if they arise. Seldom too busy and a nice clean, quiet work out environment.

This is a great gym for people looking to get into and stay in shape..it has all the equipment needed to allow you to perform at your best...it has a friendly atmosphere and Trevor is always available for guidance and to attend to any of your problems...
