A fabulous selection of outdoor furniture, cushions, and accessories are what you will find along with service from experienced staff.Our orders are always as promised and timely with terrific delivery service that sets up and assembles when needed.Today I ordered additional pieces to our previously purchased pieces and even though its a couple years later I was able to still acquire items from the same collection with cushions to match our original purchase.There was no need to change anything ...as the quality is exceptional and all original items still look like new. (Outside all winter minus cushions)Adding on to what we have has been seemless! How great is that! Bought chairs from them 13 years ago, great quality. Brought them in to get some new fabric and a tune up last month. They look like new! I am so happy with this team!

Thanks Casual Industries. Great products and excellent customer service. We bought a patio table set and there were some “less than perfect” marks on the table (I’m very particular). Absolutely no hassle. Delivery guys took pictures and noted on invoice. Left the table as a loaner while they sorted out the issue. Within a few weeks Casual Industries had replaced the table with a flawless replacement. This is the service you pay for. Totally worth the trip and cost. Great quality product and excellent service before and after purchase.

Excellent experience with Casual Industries. Friends recommended it and we drove to Grand Bend to shop for a composite table and benches. The price was 1/3 lower than quoted to us at another store andDean worked hard to get us the benches that were back ordered. All was delivered and assembled, waiting for us on our deck when we arrived at the cottage 3 weeks later. I recommend them very highly.
