Awesome spot to stop at for burgers or ice cream.The burger I had was absolutely massive and delicious. Haddock burgers are great too. Since you’re there you might as well get their excellent ice cream too.The staff are amazingly friendly as well!I liked it so much I forgot my wallet there as an excuse to come back again!Unforgettable place!

Have been here many times, but this is my first review unfortunately :( . Sorry guys, cause this is one of the best places to eat , have never had a bad meal here and the wait time was always reasonable. Prices are not cheap but worth it . Had the potutin hot dog and it was amazing. Keep up the good work guys and hope to eat here every vacation

Always stop at this place before crossing the border for a treat or a quick bite. Great little place that has something for everyone. A for sale sign has been up for over a year. Hope it continues to run for years to come.

We stopped by on our way through BC, and came away feeling underwhelmed. Nothing was awful, but ice cream for 2 kids and 2 adults came out to $25 and was unremarkable. The soft serve is full of air, not nice and dense like good quality soft serve, and when it melts it turns into a consistency similar to warm marshmallows (a lot of stabilizers used in the recipe). The hard ice cream is just Chapman's, which you can buy 2 liters of for the cost of a small cone. In addition, it seemed like there was one lady running the place so it took 15min for us to order and get ice cream; she was super sweet and working very hard, but it looks like the owners are cutting costs wherever they can and increasing prices as high as possible, which leaves me feeling it is overrated.

A good variety of your typical home backyard bbq style food of deep fried goodness to juicy burgers and hot dogs. It's not necessarily unique food but more so about their freshness (made to order) and variety of combos you can get. The ice cream here is chapman brand and also a variety of cold treats you can get. Their yam/sweet potato fries are amazing and recommended. There are outdoor picnic tables to eat at. Friendly service through the order window.

This is a must stop if you are in the area. The food is amazing and the service is great (The poutine is not authentic but is amazing in its own right). Don't be surprised if you need to wait for your food though. It's not that the staff is slow, it's that they are so darn busy because everyone goes here! Stop in and enjoy this B.C. food staple.

Counter person had no interest in looking to see if the ice cream flavor was gluten free. They serve Chapman's, which usually is, but wouldn't check for us (in this case, Tiger Tail, and we later confirmed it's GF). Not the best for people with Celiac disease. Hot food orders seem to be done one at a time without overlap. We watched while an entire table got it's food one by one. With some luck they'll get some efficiency going as things get busier.

Cute little stop along our road trip! Service was quick and we got our food hot.. or nice and cold in the case of the ice cream. The waffle fries were yummy and they have an amazing dipped vanilla soft serve that they mix with rice crispies!! So good! Great stop no matter what the weather :) It's mostly just deep fried things like burgers, fries and hot dogs, but good non the less.
