I’ve stayed here for several years. Staffed by really kind people who are willing to help with anything! Strongly recommend to all students.

Management try to take advantage of tenants who don't know their rights - for example by offering prizes for lease renewals despite renewals leading to greater rent increases than would be allowed got continuing the tenancy (renewing is unnecessary under Ontario law).In response to the reply to this: all that renewing the lease achieves is the loss of the capacity of the tenant to end their lease with 60 days notice. To all current tenants - DO NOT RENEW YOUR LEASE! You can instead simply have it roll over, and management cannot evict you without due cause. It is far better for you to not renew the lease and to suggest otherwise is disngenuous.

Before even THINKING of living here ask them about their air quality, and the evacuation of their first floor. Will save you thousands when you decide to not.

Moved in here in beginning of May. Place looks great from the outside and with the price of rent at this place I am very disappointed. Our only bathroom has been under construction for over a week. Workers coming and going maybe working 2-3 hours a day. And leaving the rest of the apartment a mess with dust can hardly walk around my apartment. No water for toilet because it was turned off along with water for the washer. Also to mention the carpet in hallways needs a massive deep wash. The two main maintenance guys are great however always reaching out and are very great at their job. Couldn't say the same about front office. Little to no communication especially now having no bathroom for over a week and no communication very sad. Very disappointed overall and would not recommend to others.

The building is new and the appartments have all you need. The other residents on my floor and unit are calm and respectful in general. It’s around 20 min by walk to Queen’s which is alright, but the neighborhood is not the best, but tolerable.On the other hand, the smelly carpet in the main hallways really need a deep clean. Moreover, the customer service is bad. When asking a question to the staff in the entrance, it is as if you are bothering them. The interaction is cold and very unpleasant. Although, the maintenance guy is cool and efficient.

Nice building but management has never heard of 24 hour notice. They treat your apartment like a hotel room and walk in whenever they please. I have been here for 2 months and have had SEVEN unannounced visits and that's just when I've been home. Not to mention I had to change apartments because the first floor foundation was falling apart and received a whopping 18 hours notice of when I was expected to move and had to sit at home between 11-6 on a weekday waiting for them to show up at the last minute. If you like a place to feel like a home don't live here because you never know who's in and out of your own apartment. I gave 2 stars because the amenities are nice but one star management at best, extremely disrespectful of your personal space.

I’ve never lived in Foundry, but I’ve called with inquiries and they were super quick to answer and very helpful over the phone. I have been in the building for a tour and it’s beautiful. The rooftop BBQ area was a highlight, and the pool and gym look great! 10/10 would recommend. If I wasn’t in Queen’s residence I’d be living here.

I lived here with my boyfriend and our pug radko for a couple years and we absolutely loved the time we spent at this building. The building itself is so beautiful and has so many amenities that are so easily accessible to you and always so nicely kept.. Lots of space for entertaining guests or having family visit for dinners or hanging out by the pool or an evening on the rooftop with drinks, just a few options and all are the perfect set for great memories. I really loved my apartment when I lived here as well as all the shared spaces but what I loved the most about my experience at Foundry was the staff! Everyone was so kind and friendly and accommodating they really made home feel like.... home! Haha. Rarely Were there any issues during my time at this building but when there was the maintenance was always nearby to fix anything wrong! Which In my experience with other buildings and property management companies is a rare occurrence and quite the opposite actually. Even after I moved out I would stop in to say Hi and chat with the staff if I was in the area. I miss living there and I would definitely recommend anyone interested in living there to definitely move in asap! Haha you won't regret it!

Great amenities and friendly staff! No issues with the apartment and everything was kept clean regularly by the cleaning crew

Good place for living, the maintainers and staffs are so nice, they can deal with multiple situations effectively. The neighbors are nice too. The architecture and design is extraordinary, and is comfortable and appealing
