Small but useful gym. If you go when it’s not so busy you can use all the machines and the exercise room at your own pace. I haven’t been there when it’s too crowded yet and the most people I’ve seen is a bunch of highschool kids - good for them for being at the gym. Fosters a friendly environment, no one tries to bother you while you workout.

Karim is a wonderful trainer. Very patient and knowledgeable. He has helped me so much in my fitness journey. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great club!

I returned to this location years after going to other gyms and It feels like I have returned home but with an upgrade . I love the new cages and Olympic style platforms for Olympic lifting such as deadlifts and squats. Many classes available here but you need to sign up before it gets full. It's a smaller gym and not what you need if you are looking for a pool or basketball court. Perfect someone who just wants to crush iron in the gym.

Great location. Very clean overall in all regards. The equipment is well maintained too. The manager Rohan is very helpful and is always available to ask for advice or any if you have any other issue at the gym. Without going into the past this location is now doing great and I can recommend to all.

This gym is a little small compared to some others, but it's one of the best in my opinion. It's not overly crowded for most part and the machines are top notch. They have 4 huge massage chairs so you can use after or pre workout. There's no steamroom but they do have a sauna ( dry heat) which works like the sun itself.

I visited this location for the first time. The staffs were friendly and they explained to me the different equipments and rules. If I get more comfortable to the location. I probably get a personal.trainer in order to get a better result on my training. Also the parking was great very easy to find parking.During summer there is a teens program during the day.

Kind of annoying cause I swear there are fitness people who go to this gym and film with a full tripod during the peak hours and no one complains yet. (I’ve seen it myself) I did it recently. I don’t have a tripod, but I just wanted to film myself cause I like to see my form too, yet one trainer told me I couldn’t film. We looked at the policy on the website and it said I COULD but without people in the background and I agreed but they told me I couldn’t film at all or-will ban filming all together. Very disappointing. I don’t think I’m coming back to this gym which I highly doubt they care but, it seems they will favour other members more. I used to love being there.

I’ve been a member at GoodLife Fitnrss for many years. I’ve used several locations across Ontario and even Canada, but felt it necessary to acknowledge a particular individual at the Markville Mall location, as he goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome in the facility! Would like to acknowledge AARON, as he deserves much praise! From the minute you walk into the facility, big smile & gives you a warm welcome! I see him working in the gym, making sure the cleaning supplies are always stocked & equipment has been put back. I’ve witnessed him interacting with other members and he truly is one of a kind! So professional, but at the same time, makes you feel like a valued member of the GoodLife Fitness Family! A true asset to this club!! I hope his superiors extend this heartfelt message of gratitude, because he deserves much praise!!Best wishes always Aaron!Cheers!

Gym is old and small, but not as busy as the one at downtown Markham, certain staff here are rude or just hate their job compared to the staff at the other location. The biggest difference is the people that goes here tho, especially the class goers, I haven’t met one instructor that had good manners, they all see seem very irritated to anyone who’s not part of the their class even though people are not interrupting their class time. Overall it’s a hit or miss, just go when there’s not a lot of people and you’ll have a good workout.
