Master Mechanic High Park

The engine covers on the bottom of my car came lose and were dragging on the ground. They were able to fit me in the same day and didn't even charge me for the fix! Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and service was top notch - I will definitely be going back!

I noticed my passenger rear tire was loosing air. I called multiple tire shops who weren’t available until December or I was told to take your chance without an apt and be here an hour before the shop opens…it really doesn’t give me much option seeing I work full time and in school! Within seconds my call was answered and my concerns were met with the warmest sympathy on the other end of the line. I was seen within 10 minutes and back in my car within 45 minutes! I asked if they could screw my plates back that gotten loose and they did! I was charged for the job and nothing else. Truly, I would have been happy to pay more for the peace of mind they gave me, time effectiveness and their stellar customer service. This is the mechanic shop to be! Thank you all so much!

I have been going to Master Mechanic High Park for years but bringing my car in for them to have a look at yesterday reminded me of how overdo this review is.It is a rare thing to come across a business this honest, transparent and friendly. They manage your expectations well and get your car back to you in a timely manner.In one situation years ago they made a mistake, but they owned it right away, made up for it in spades and gained me as a customer for life.I don't live as close as I use to to their location now as when I started going, but it is worth driving a bit out of the way to use their services everytime.

I didn’t use master mechanic for any service but I would like to show some appreciation as they donated $1500 to Enzo (a boy with disability) for him to go to the leafs 2nd round playoff game with his father. This is an amazing act of kindness they didn’t have to do. You don’t see many businesses step up like this so to see it was amazing. Forsure would bring any work over to you guys if needed.

Just love the energy from everyone who works here. I drive an older model vehicle and they still treat it with care and give it the attention it deserves. They even fixed my radio which hasn’t been able to work for over 2 years! On top of all that, when I came in with my dog I left with a bag of treats. 10/10 will always be back.

An amazing experience from start to end. I went in for an oil change and through their inspection reminded me I had a flat tire sitting in the back and the spare was on. What a great team. thanks for caring when I was worried about how everything would work with the tire and spare. Peace of mind for me and such a wonderful happy team through and through

I recently had my heat shield partially detach from my car and visited Master Mechanic High Park. They were able to fit me into their schedule and even reattached the heat shield free of charge! Staff was so helpful and knowledgable, providing helpful recommendations for the future. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and dedication to their customers!
