Got my pedals replaced on my mountain bike, and a tune up. They did a good job. Thank you!

Overall not impressed with the integrity of how they conduct business. We brought in our bike to get a tune up and we knew that a few things were wrong with the bike (Small chain ring bent, no chain, rear breaks needed fixing). They said that the rear cassette needed to be changed too. It was going to be about $100 for everything but ended up being $150. I wasn't going to argue as they likely know more than I do. Picked up the bike and they had a list of things they checked and cleared. I tested it in the parking lot. They had clearly changed the chain and the back cassette from the look but I tried using the brakes and the rear one wasn't working. Told them and they said they would tighten it up. Tried it again and they said that was the best they could do as the brakes were in terrible condition. After a little fight they took the bike back and changed the rear brake which I was a little annoyed that they said they had checked it but clearly had not. However, they did make it right with no extra charge which I thought was more than fair (I was willing to pay for the part). Got the bike back and just tested the rear brake. It was good. Turns out though they didn't fix the small chain ring. They bent it back in place but the bike still slips in some gears making it very hard to ride. Not impressed with the overall integrity in which they conducted business with us. If you go, I hope you have a better experience.

Same day repair of a broken shifter cable when I really needed a quick turnaround. Price was more than reasonable too.

Last service experience was excellent! Went over everything beforehand and discussed what was needed. No parts were replaced that didn't need replacing and the tune-up was quite reasonably priced. The bike rides like new with excellent shifting and I love the new handlebar grips. The bike was finished the same day, which was a huge bonus! Great work guys!

Great local bike shop! I'm always in favour of supporting local businesses and these guys make that easy! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of bikes and if they don't have it in store they can likely order it for you. Good place to come for any of your bike needs! Nice atmosphere, which is a MUST for bike shops! (if you're an avid rider then you know that the atmosphere is almost more important than their selection of gear). And again these guys help keep that fun atmosphere going while you shop :)

A few days ago, I took a dinger with my bike.I thought I messed up the rim. Cost of replacing it online was hundreds.I was reminded by a co-worker about Pedal Power.I called today - they were friendly on the phone said they could take a look at it.I was able to show up 15 mins before closing with the bike and within 3 adjustments they had it as good as new! The rim wasn't bent, it had just shifted and that's why it was locked against the break pad. I left before closing with my bike, as good as it was - before I yard-saled on Monday.Thanks for the great customer service.Will be returning :)

I'm extremely happy to find this place so close to me and I don't have to drive all the way to London or waterloo to get my bike fix. They know their stuff and very supportive.They got me gall my bike stuff goes to this shop. I really appreciate your support.
