I spent a lot of time and diesel to drive out here from Vancouver for a customer. When I arrived, I was concerned that it would not be possible to safely load my mini dump truck with the 12 inch rock my customer ordered. Fortunately, it turned out that their excavator had a small enough bucket for them to load it safely. Unfortunately, the excavator operator refused to do so. He refused to take simple, clear and safe directions from me, became very rude and told me to leave. I hope management takes this rating under consideration should this person's employment ever come under review.
