Strong contender for worst parking in TO. Pricey, elevators none functional (good luck to parents with strollers or otherwise abled individuals) . Signage is absolute garbage (does not tell you which areas are closed, so you go there & get stuck, upper levels donot have signage that elevator is not working), will let you go in even if there is no available parking. Strong smell of urine in the staircase ( get your gas masks ready if you want to use it). How the hell does bylaw allow these place to open. #ripoff #pipiparking

Avoid.Price advertised is $25 for the day, was charged $40 upon exiting.There were no special events ongoing in Toronto, random Monday in July (July 10th, 2023). Poorly maintained parking garage and false advertising!

Expensive parking. $40 to park for 8 hours to attend the Roger Waters concert. Sure it was event parking but I call it price gouging. Find somewhere else next time.

Great Rates! I also parked here for 1 month in 2020. The location is great. The manager was nice and gave me the 1 month price and did not charge me for 2 month minimum when you sign up for monthly parking. She was nice, even after I was kind of angry. :) She did a good job. Handled the situation well. Place has a bunch of free charge stations for EV as well.

I park here yesterday posted price is $5 per hour I only parked for almost 2 hours and charged me $20 is this a joke or a scam!

Yeah stairs smell like urine, and yes it cost me $30 for a raptors game, but it's very close to walk to Scotiabank arena and didn't get stuck for too long in traffic after the game because it's really close to the highway...

Can someone please explain how every inch of this place smells like urine? If you can, park on the first level and avoid the staircases and washrooms at all costs!!!

I just paid $40 to park here for work. I always chose this location because at $25 (posted) it’s cheaper. I’m not sure what ‘event’ has deserved a price increase. If you are going to a ScotiaBank Arena event there is cheaper parking at GreenP on Esplanade, just a little further walk east than from this location.
