Mont Bistro
Visited recently and tried their grilled chicken - it was absolutely delicious! Every bite was juicy and full of flavor, leaving me wanting more. The chicken was cooked to perfection, and paired perfectly with the sides that came with it. Would definitely recommend this dish to anyone visiting - it's a must-try! Can't wait to come back and enjoy it again.

Everything about our dining experience was great for the price … first and foremost, very good food and presentation … just enough choice to know all dishes could be made with quality. Our server was friendly, attentive and personable. The open concept was appreciated, as if welcomed into a home with a very well equipped kitchen!

Wow! Where do I begin... my husband and I came here for our 5 year wedding anniversary and were absolutely blown away by the food. He had the fish and chips and said it's the best he's ever had (he's British) and I had an appetizer with mushroom, asparagus and truffle ricotta that I will be dreaming about for a long time. The beef tartare and the fries were both excellent as well. Service was also top notch. Easily one of the best restaurant experiences we've had.

Celebrated Mother's Day here and it was wonderful! The food was delicious and although on the pricier side, it's well worth it.

This is a lovely little jem. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are warm and very friendly. The blankets at the tables were a cozy and welcome addition. The food was amazing- the onion soup was rich and had fried onion rings and crustini with oka cheese on top- a fun variation of a classic soup. The salmon tartar was well seasoned, the risotto of the day with peas and shrimp was very well done, as well as the portuguese chicken and kid-friendly fish and chips.

Portuguese chicken was one of the best dishes I've ever had. These chefs really care about their plates and it shows. The burger was also excellent. The creme brule was 11/10. All dishes were elevated. The attention to detail was incroyable! I highly recommend it. I'd like to go back as soon as possible...

It was exactly what we were looking for…a cozy place for a Saturday lunch date. It’s a very charming small bistro. There was soft country music playing and we arrived at noon just after they open and we were surprised to have the place to ourselves. More people showed up closed to 1h. We had the BBQ Wiskey burger. I had mine with salade and my boyfriend had fries. Everything tasted good.

We had a great dinner in the center of Saint-Sauver right by the church. The hostess and waiters we're very outgoing and nice. It's a very friendly and warm environment for a family or a date. The food was outstanding. We had the soup of the day (broccoli/goat cheese), salmon tartar and the Portuguese chicken. Everything was made with fresh herbs and very well seasoned, simply delicious. The fries were nice and crispy and the salad was even better, crucifers and in an olive oil dressing. Reasonable prices considering the high quality food. I'd strongly suggest this restaurant and will happily return next time I'm in the area. Try to reserve in advance.

I cannot rave about this restaurant enough. Such a unique jewel right in the heart of Saint-Sauveur. So cozy and welcoming! The staff is so nice and caring and the food!! Wow ! Everything was so fresh and delicious. I highly recommend ! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Very good food yet not too expensive. Try the cocktails too, they are worth it.
