Worst builder and Customer service. Called in, got transferred to another department immediately without listening the full situation. I called 7 times and spoke to 5 different person, 1 time reached to a FAX machine, and 2 times reached voice mailbox. i wonder why such a big builder corporation does not have a completed company directory.

I recently purchased a pre-construction property from Fieldgate Urban. While I cannot comment on the building quality yet, the customer service and correspondence has far surpassed my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Fieldgate Urban and their sales and marketing team to my friends and family.

I bought a property from fieldgate pre- construction, small little building at 90 Niagara, the correspondence with the team has been amazing, PDI was smooth and they fixed everything the next day. Very happy with my purchase, i would recommend my friends to buy from them for other project.

I had a very bad experience with Rui Araujo Construction Site Cooridinator at Fieldgate Homes. Rui had a contractor repair squeaky and cracking noise coming from the hardwood in the brand new house. They remove the hardwood and redid it but the floor is no longer evenly level and cause a piece of sharp hardwood to be elevated. It can be easily fixed by sanding then a little bit of paint.After complaining, Rui said it meets the bare minimum requirement from Tarion and refused to sand the sharp elevated edge which they created. When you buy a home well over a million dollar you expect a certain level of professionalism and quality for a house instead of the bare minimum the builder can get away with.I am truly disappointed with Rui and fieldgate, as they cannot own up and fix the issues they created. I will not buy another fieldgate home in the future and advise other people also to avoid them at all cost.

Before you sign agreement with Fieldgate, read my story first.I got this brand new house(TACC project - Richland locate at Richmond Hill, Ontario) closed on Feb 2019. Soon after that I found it came with a ICE Falling hazard(20-30 lbs ice blocks, could property damage or live loss), right on middle of my driveway. Contact Fieldgate, they did not want to give me a solution. Leave a home owner in the darkness and helpless.

Recently closed a house from this builder in upper valley community in brampton. I was taken advantage of due to covid-19 situation. This builder charged me a penalty of $4,520 because their lawyers were closed for three weeks due to the covid-19 pandemic. My lawyer made many attempts to reach them to get an extension on the closing date, however they didn't reach out to my lawyer until after the original closing date. My mortgage specialist was dealing with many other builders during the pandemic and all other builders extended their closing dates without being asked. This builder was the only one who didn't make any accommodations. I have bought many homes from other builders and fieldgate is by far the worst. I have bought homes from rosehaven, townwood, aspen ridge, starlane, tribute communities, royal pine and allare superior builders compared to fieldgate. I will never buy anything from this builder again and if you value your money, I suggest you to stay far away from them. If I could give them a rating below zero I would.

DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THIS COMPANY!!I worked on the phones for this company. I fielded complaint calls from new home buyers regretting their decision. From leaky windows to fallen cabinets to homes collapsing while being built!! The people who were supposed to deal with these issues always ignored the phone.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
