Most unprofessional people I’ve ever seen with the nastiest attitude we walk in for a simple day job and they do the worst possible work and they burn through our $1400 shoes. This business does not deserve to be in the mqll as they are the worst, and they have never ever ever knew what they have been doing. We are also filling formal complaints against them through the mall authorities

The man who runs this business OVERCHARGES, he wanted $50.00 to 'clean a pair of Timberland boots!! Clearly he DID NOT WANT to do it! He kept pointing to the wall where the cleaners were and saying you do, you do. I explained I have respiratory issues and could not use those cleaning products! He was EXTREMELY RUDE!

Really bad service; brought a pair of shoes for repair, I agreed time, I couldn't pay with MasterCard (only Visa) and had to come back with cash (I didn't carry my debit card on my to withdraw cash), then I took the shoes that were repaired and when home I discovered a noise, went back again (3rd time) and merchant screamed at me, not even willing to help or assist in any way (even not considering providing an option I could potentially pay for). I am polite, I am a customer, I had a complaint and was open for a resolution. I consider this store extremely unprofessional, and suggest avoiding this shop at any cost.

I walk past this cobbler once a week while shopping and I thought I’d give them a try. I had asked other cobblers pricing for heel repair and I had been given a range of $25-40. He said he would replace the heels and shine the shoes for $27 includes tax. Most places will do a shine for free when doing a repair. Shine on its own is $10. The store has you pay upfront which may annoy some shoppers but honestly not uncommon practice. Took him two days for the repair and shine and things look great. I will update the post if for some reason the repair fails.

I don’t understand why someone gave them one star. Nice people, quick and friendly service, my hiking shoes are like new and I will definitely come back if I need to. Don’t hesitate to try them out.

Always good service and quality repairs. I have been going here for years for hiking boot, work boot and shoe repairs. Fair prices and repairs are always ready on time.

It’s funny how polarized the reviews are! I have been to this shop several times for shoe repair and have been other places as well, and this place is by far my favourite in terms of pricing, quality, and service. I won’t go anywhere else now.

I went to this guy two times to fix my wife's favourite Italian leather boots. He was very busy both times but looked at the shoes and said that they will be fixed and ready for the next day. On a stated day I came back and both times boots were repaired perfectly. You cant even say where he was fixing them. Boots looked like they never were damaged or repaired. A guy is a master of his craft. He does not speak much (maybe because he is ESL) but he is honest, nice, helpful and simple man who work hard for his money. Pricing were fair both times. Many things we spend our money on nowadays cost way more than what he asks for a job. And a job that I ask him to do was a big one. Great place with a hardworking man who is doing his job well. I even recommended this place to my family members.

He “fixed” my wife’s boots (sole delaminated from bottom of boots). After wearing them three times (days), they came apart again. Called him right away to see if he would fix them and he said yes. So she took them in a couple weeks later to have him fix the “fix” and he refused! As a last ditch attempt to have him provide a solution, she asked him to just put some glue on them and he refused. Would not give a refund and would not agree to fix the job that didn’t work.His attitude was horrible and rude. My wife is very kind and was asking him for solutions and he would not help.We have gone to him for years. Not any more.I don’t recommend him.
