We have been dealing with Marc more than 20 years (since they were actually on Bloor ;) ! ) That in itself shows how pleased we are with his service, that we would follow him to different locations.The service is experienced & professional, reliable, prices are reasonable, honest and trustworthy. These are high on our priority, as it is rare to find this balance.Marc and team always call to explain what the issue is with a ballpark cost to fix. When and if they find anything additional, he truly sounds like it is the last thing he wants to tell us. This is appreciated when we have older cars, and stuff starts to go, it’s like he understands and commiserates.This kind service, integrity, and cost effective pricing is appreciated.

Mark and his staff are professional experienced and courteous. You will always get an honest assessment of what is needed and there is no pressure to make a decision the prices are reasonable and the workmanship is top quality. I have been going to Bloor West Auto for many years. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I have gone in saying I think I need this.... Marc will check and do what is needed. He will also advise if something does not need to be done now or will give a heads up of what might need to be replaced down the road. I recently got my first pair of winter tires from Marc, perfect timing as I was head to Algonquin Park with a fresh foot of snow. All in the group had winter tires, but my vehicle was not one in the group that got stuck. Marc and his crew are awesome!

Took car in to have the brakes checked due to some noise. The brakes were still under warranty and Marc and his team replaced the brakes. Relieved to have them done again, and even happier that the team were on top of the issue. As usual, great service and now on to usual maintenance and getting winter tires put on two cars within the next month or so! [Updated for Covid-19] Marc and staff are providing a safe environment to conduct business. Went to swap tires and was pleased to see cordon off areas to allow keys and payments to be exchanged with maximum social distancing. And plenty of wipes were used by staff for each customer vehicle work. And of course everything I said below is still true.I initially wanted only winter tires from Bloor West Auto but Marc was able to give me a great deal on a set of rims. Courteous and professional, I was also impressed by the transparency on the work and pricing explained. Knowing an honest shop did my winter tires give me a sense of safety on the roads.

Very professional and customer oriented shop!I have a 3rd party vehicle warranty and I was wandering if it would cover my suspension issue. I came here after going to BMW Toronto who said that my case is not covered. Bloor West Auto EuroMechanic took my car for diagnostics along with a copy of my warranty agreement. They researched my agreement, called the warranty, clarified some followup questions and submitted a claim to the warranty. The claim was approved!I got my car repaired at the end of the day. Also, the labor quoted for the repair by EuroMechanic was 1.5 hours versus 4 hour for the same work quoted by BMW Toronto.On a side note, I'm a car guy and I always ask about the issue details and the repair required. I talked to a few service people and they impressed me with their knowledge of my repair and cars overall.
