awesome customer service! We had a bit of a miscommunication at first but after that got cleared up, its been smooth sailing since. Plus their new 2017 Kia sorento drives like a dream (we had it for a rental).

Called a week ago and made an appointment to get the A/C fixed on a Rio.Was told they were waiting on a part for there A/C machine that was supposed to arrive Thursday possibly Friday, so the appointment was booked for the Monday.Drove 30 minutes to make the appointment only to be told the part was at NAPA, a 5 minute drive away and part wouldn't be available till noon or 1pm...Update; After receiving a call around 1pm that the A/C machine was up and working. My appointment was rebooked for later that afternoon. Only to be told tgat the car needed a condenser, which of course they didn't stock...The staff seem friendly enough, but there was no apology considering it was 3 hours gone from my day. The dealership is small, so no parts department, hence no stock for repairs.Go buy a Toyota or Ford or anything else. A bigger dealership with a actually parts department.
