After a disgruntled experience at Canadian tire, I couldn't be happier with the service here! Brought my vehicle in for some repairs, staff were friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Had an issue with my vehicle following my appointment and was told I could bring it in to have it checked out next day free of charge! They even offered me a courtsey ride when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Extremely satisfied with the communication and service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and will be returning in the future!

If I could give them 10/10, I would. They are awesome, kick a#$ customer service. I went in to see if they could look at my car 10 in the morning or so. They were booked solid and said they would put me on the call list. I was thinking to myself oh I'll never get a call, so I made an appointment as well, but by 1201 pm I got a call saying they could get my car in. They had looked it over and called me back around 2 hours later saying what I needed and said they had it ordered and my car would be fixed the next day in the afternoon. They had my car fixed and ready to go the next day in the afternoon just like they said they would. Then the next day after that I was having issues with my car again. I ended up calling them again well I was on the road and they told me to come in when I was back in town, but my car ended up dieing on the road. I ended up calling them again. Told them where I was and within minutes they said we are sending someone to boost you. I say again great customer service. If I would have went to any other shop I wouldn't have had such great service. I have been to a few of them both big and small. I will definitely be going to them in the future for anything.

This is a great honest shop, they have got me in when emergency has happened on both crysler 300 and 18 chevy. Highly recommended
