The ladies who run this store are amazing and so helpful. Prices are competitive and you can always get what you need for your pets. We always shop here for the smoked dog bones, as they have the best selection by far and the best prices!

I used to love this store, but not now since the one nice and knowledgeable woman is no longer working there. She knew everything about all my pet needs, she could answer all my questions and she was friendly. Now the staff know absolutely nothing about my pet needs and can't answer my questions. I'm sad that she is gone, I hope she is doing what she loves, and I'm sorry I don't remember her name. So, now I have had to seek out another pet store with knowledgeable associates.

A great place! I appreciate that they have grown up staff who can give you advice from experience and not what a manager tell their teenage staff to recommend. I love the store cats! A twenty year old kitty angel stared at us from the counter as we shopped. They are obviously doing something right! Fantastic prices and ssooooooo much variety! Our old lab and three cats loved the food and that is what counts! Will be back regularly from now on!

Was out to purchase dog food as I had heard good things about this place!I obviously had my dog with me for the ride, and thought it was great to see an off Leash dog park out behind the store, until I realized they actually charge per use 2.50 for your dog to play for 15 mins or 5$ for 1/2 hr. (Which is no bargain) Smh, my poor dog was crying in the back seat to get out and run, poor girl.Seriously tho with the amount of free leash free parks that are just as nice, it seems ubsurd to be charging anything!

Great prices. Decent selection. Tracey (sp) is wonderful, however the new hire is rather unpleasant and leaves a lot to be desired from a customer service standpoint.

Love! The pet supplies are priced we'll and they offer a lot of harder to find products. My kitty needs bladder support and I can buy the food she needs (that I can't get anywhere else) here for a pretty good price. Staff are helpful and friendly to boot.

sadly they Will not honour mask exemptions (well someone did the last time I shopped here but I was told they shouldn’t have) they obviously don’t care about one’s medical issues that prevent me from wearing one. I’ve shopped in this store when Ive come out to the reserve for at 10 years … Never again!!! The sign on the door Also says “Doug Ford Does Not own this store” and “Masks are Mandatory” so whoever does own this store it’s incredibly disappointing to be discriminated against a business for a medical disability. That’s absolutely disgusting and appalling and I will gladly spend my $ elsewhere
