Staff helped me with what I needed!

First off they release private personal information to the general public for anybody to steal by virtue of the fact they request sensitive information out loud in a very public place. Then they immediately alter the phone's firmware in an unknown fashion before the phone ever gets into customer's possession. To add insult to injury they charge you a fee for data usage even if you never intend to enable data services on your phone. This five to seven dollar fee will also be added to your bill if you reset your phone.Their voicemail service is unreliable. They deleted messages from my voicemail box without my consent or warning. When I contacted them they could not explain why the voicemail message was deleted prematurely and when I emailed my concerns to them they ignored me.Then after the CRTC passed legislation stating I had the legal right to have my phone unlocked for free I went to the Koodo retailer where I got my contract and they refused to unlock the phone and told me to call Koodo's automated service. After many hours on hold a rep gave me an unlock code. Customer support has improved significantly since I joined.As unneccessarily complex and convoluted smartphone plans are Koodo has the least convoluted and flexible of all the major providers I have researched in this area. z/z

Village Mall location was CRINGE worthy! My dad and myself went to get him a new phone for his trip. He wanted the IPhone 10R. And Josh continued to tell us about all these expensive plans and phones. When I ask What is the cheaper one? Because that's the one he wants. Josh replies with " if you don't speak to me with respect

Service was slow and they couldn't resolve my issue. Had to be done through the main site, over the phone.

These shops don't have most of the flagships phones like 14 pro max, S22 ultra.
